Participating Entity as Individual Customer. Each Participating Entity shall be treated as an individual customer. Except to the extent modified by this Addendum, each Participating Entity will be responsible to follow the terms and conditions of the Master Agreement; and will have the same rights and responsibilities for their purchases as the Lead State has in the Master Agreement. Each Participating Entity will be responsible for its own charges, fees, and liabilities. Each Participating Entity will have the same rights to any indemnity or to recover any costs allowed in the Master Agreement for their purchases. The Contractor will apply the charges to each Participating Entity individually.

  • Individual Customers Except to the extent modified by a Participating Addendum, each Purchasing Entity shall follow the terms and conditions of the Master Agreement and applicable Participating Addendum and will have the same rights and responsibilities for their purchases as the Lead State has in the Master Agreement, including but not limited to, any indemnity or right to recover any costs as such right is defined in the Master Agreement and applicable Participating Addendum for their purchases. Each Purchasing Entity will be responsible for its own charges, fees, and liabilities. The Contractor will apply the charges and invoice each Purchasing Entity individually.

  • Xxxx Individual Retirement Custodial Account The following constitutes an agreement establishing a Xxxx XXX (under Section 408A of the Internal Revenue Code) between the depositor and the Custodian.

  • Regular Part-Time Employee A regular part-time employee is an employee hired to fill a posted part-time position and is regularly pre-scheduled to work.

  • SIMPLE Individual Retirement Custodial Account (Under section 408(p) of the Internal Revenue Code) The participant named above is establishing a savings incentive match plan for employees of small employers individual retirement account (SIMPLE IRA) under sections 408(a) and 408(p) to provide for his or her retirement and for the support of his or her beneficiaries after death. The custodian named above has given the participant the disclosure statement required by Regulations section 1.408-6. The participant and the custodian make the following agreement:

  • Traditional Individual Retirement Custodial Account The following constitutes an agreement establishing an Individual Retirement Account (under Section 408(a) of the Internal Revenue Code) between the depositor and the Custodian.

  • Multiple Individual Retirement Accounts In the event the depositor maintains more than one Individual Retirement Account (as defined in Section 408(a)) and elects to satisfy his or her minimum distribution requirements described in Article IV above by making a distribution from another individual retirement account in accordance with Item 6 thereof, the depositor shall be deemed to have elected to calculate the amount of his or her minimum distribution under this custodial account in the same manner as under the Individual Retirement Account from which the distribution is made.

  • Student Employees A student employee is an employee who is hired for short-term work which is not ongoing. He/she is normally in the process of completing his/her post-graduate studies and is expected to return to his/her studies after an agreed employment period. The employee's benefits and working conditions are as per Article 34 (Temporary Employees).
