Participating Hospital Sample Clauses

Participating Hospital. A hospital that, at the time of a Enrollee’s admission, has a contract in effect with Contractor to provide Covered Services to Enrollees.

Participating Hospital. A licensed hospital that has entered into a Participating Hospital Agreement with WellCare directly or indirectly.

Participating Hospital. An institution licensed as an acute care hospital under the applicable state law, which has an agreement to provide hospital services to Members. Participating Providers are Participating Hospitals, Participating Physicians, Other Participating Health Professionals, and Other Participating Health Care Facilities. Participating Hospital. A Hospital which has entered into a contractual agreement with HMO to provide services as described in Section II of this Contract, to Members on a per diem or otherwise agreed upon basis.
