Salary Employees. Employees on a salary who work in excess of their ordinary hours for the week at the company’s request shall be entitled to time off in lieu based on the following conditions: Must have prior approval by the relevant manager; The approval must be documented by the manager either prior to, or within 48 hours of the approval being granted. Excess hours worked, which are not previously approved and documented, shall not be granted leave in lieu. Leave is to be taken at a time mutually agreed between both parties.
