SERVICE DEPARTMENT. If VCTC intends to make any vehicle or equipment purchases, and wishes the Storey County Service Department to maintain and repair such vehicle or equipment, the Storey County Service Department must first indicate, in-writing, its approval as to the make, model, type of vehicle to be added to its maintained fleet, and must first inspect the vehicle for safety and mechanical soundness, report its finding in writing and approve adding the subject vehicle to it’s maintain fleet. If no such approval is provided, the vehicle will not be repaired or maintained by the county Service Department.
SERVICE DEPARTMENT. 35.01 Tour baggage. This article does not apply to transportation crews unless the baggage fee is part of the crew contract with the Hotel. The Union would have reasonable access to relative documents, which would support Management’s claim that the crew contract does not contain a baggage fee. It is further agreed Management will make every effort within reason to contract, subject to this formula. 35.03 There will be a charge for special deliveries for groups of 10 or more rooms for flowers and gifts at $1.75 per delivery per room providing the guest does not object. 35.04 Any group contract that includes baggage handling shall be charged according to the rate set out in Article 35.01. Notwithstanding Article 35.01, the parties agree that this will not affect those group contracts signed prior to the ratification and signing of this agreement.

Rate (for tours baggage handling): As of the date this Agreement is signed, the Company will, at the time of negotiations with the Tour Organizers, negotiate a tour baggage handling price equivalent to a sum of : (2002) - On date of signing the agreement: $2.30 in & $2.30 out. - Following twelve (12) months: $2.40 in & $2.40 out. - Following twelve (12) months: $2.50 in & $2.50 out. This article does not apply to transportation crews unless the baggage fee is part of the contract with the Company in which case the fee appearing in said contract shall apply. Furthermore, it shall not apply to contract(s) agreed to prior to the signing of the new Agreement. The parties agree that it will not be forced to refuse this business due to this article, but the Union will be given reasonable access to relevant documents which support the basis of the Company’s decision that such tours would have been lost if the above charges were imposed. It is further agreed that the Company will make every effort within reason to contract, subject to this formula. 2. a) The Company will, at the time of negotiations with the Convention Organizers, negotiate a box handling charge equivalent to a sum of two ($2.00) dollars.

Effective February 1, 2011 the amount will change to $3.10 per bag in and out. Effective February 1, 2012 the amount will change to $3.15 per bag in and out. Effective February 1, 2013 the amount will change to $3.20 per bag in and out.
SERVICE DEPARTMENT. In the operation of Dealer's Service Department, Dealer agrees to comply with such standards as Distributor may from time to time define; Dealer shall at all times indicate the location of the Service Department through a customer service sign in accordance with the directives of Distributor; shall purchase and maintain all general tools, special tools and equipment required by Distributor to property service Honda Automobiles; shall provide Distributor with verification per Exhibit B of this Agreement, that all required tools and equipment are available on Dealer's premises and in good operating condition for use on Honda Automobiles; shall employ qualified and competent service manager, service writer, shop xxxxxxx, experienced, competent and Distributor-trained technician and other service employee and in such numbers as may be required by Distributor; shall use Honda service promotional material and workshop forms prescribed by Distributor; shall properly execute all service and repair work with respect to Honda Automobiles; and shall provide prompt and careful service for owners of Honda Automobiles.
