PARTS OBSOLESCENCE. LOCKHEED XXXXXX may desire to place additional orders for Work purchased hereunder. SELLER shall provide LOCKHEED XXXXXX with a "Last Time Buy Notice" at least twelve (12) months prior to any action to discontinue any Work purchased under this Contract.
PARTS OBSOLESCENCE. The Supplier agrees to continue all manufacturing capabilities and/or provide alternate support for the form, fit and functional requirements for the original configurations on any/all of the "out-of-production" configurations, modifications or enhancements, so long as the model aircraft for which it was designed remains in service. Supplier further agrees to provide AMAC 90 days written notification for "last-time-buy" options for any obsolete end items and parts of assemblies at the pricing set forth in the PO where applicable.
PARTS OBSOLESCENCE. Buyer may desire to place additional orders for items purchased hereunder. Seller shall provide Buyer with a “Last Time Buy Notice” at least twelve (12) months prior to any action to discontinue any item purchased under this Agreement.
PARTS OBSOLESCENCE. During performance of this Order, SELLER shall notify BUYER of any planned obsolescence of the Products or any parts or components of such Products set out in this Order at least twelve (12) months prior to any such planned obsolescence.
PARTS OBSOLESCENCE. Supplier shall assume responsibility for identification, notification, and resolution of obsolescence issues to Envistacom. If an obsolescence issue occurs, Supplier shall:
1. Immediately notify the Envistacom Purchasing Representative of the situation within 72 hours of identification; Supplier shall define the shortage and provide Envistacom with the OEM part number, affected end item part number, affected end item nomenclature, and components per end item, and
2. Provide satisfactory evidence that a prudent effort was made to identify an alternate part (part shall be technically and physically compatible with hardware design.). If alternate part is identified, Supplier shall provide the alternate manufacturer part number to Envistacom. If an alternate part was not identified and implemented, Supplier shall determine whether there is an opportunity for a last time buy. Supplier shall provide the last time buy date, availability, and attrition rate of the OEM part. Responsibility of last time buys (for which Supplier does not have an accepted Purchase Order from Envistacom) shall be addressed on a case by case basis. Supplier shall procure last time buy inventory to support any accepted Purchase Orders and reserve the applicable part quantities for Envistacom. Envistacom reserves the right to cancel the affected Purchase Order line item or the Purchase Order, in its entirety, at no cost if the alternate part number is not technically compliant with Envistacom application or if there is no opportunity for a last time buy purchase to support the aforementioned Purchase Order.
PARTS OBSOLESCENCE. 4.3.1. Every six (6) months during the Term, Gogo shall provide American with a list of the Components that Gogo is, or with the exercise of reasonable diligence, would be aware will become obsolete within the next twenty-four (24) months, as well as proposed replacement parts and replacement part qualification test dates. As used in this section 4.3.1, “Component” means Equipment other than consumable and expendable parts. Within ninety (90) days after providing notice that a Component will become obsolete, Gogo will advise American on the quantities of such Component Gogo believes is necessary and required to maintain and service American’s Retrofit A/C for the remainder of the Term. It is Gogo’s responsibility to ensure that all such Components be available at all times during the Term. In the event Components become obsolete during the Term, and if the repair of the Equipment requires replacement of an obsolete Component, Gogo agrees to provide American with either:

PARTS OBSOLESCENCE. In the event that any engineering or any other change made by Seller obsoletes any Parts purchased by AT&T, Seller shall so notify AT&T, in writing, and shall, at Seller's expense, [*].

Seller further agrees to provide PLI at least 90 days prior written notice of its intent to discontinue providing any Supply.
PARTS OBSOLESCENCE. 4.3.1 Every six (6) months during the Term, Aircell shall provide American with a list of the Components that Aircell is or with the exercise of reasonable diligence would be aware will become obsolete within the next twenty-four (24) months, as well as proposed replacement parts and replacement part qualification test dates. As used in this section 4.3.1, “Component” means ABS Equipment other than consumable and expendable parts. Within ninety (90) days after providing notice that a Component will become obsolete, Aircell will advise American on the quantities of such Component Aircell believes is necessary and required to maintain and service American’s Retrofit A/C for the remainder of the Term. It is Aircell’s responsibility to ensure that all such Components be available at all times during the Term.
