Password Responsibility. When you accept the terms and conditions of this Agreement, you agree not to give or make available your password or other means to access your FSB Digital Banking to any unauthorized individuals. You are responsible for all transfers and Bill Payments you authorize using the Digital Services. If you permit other persons to use the Digital Services, your password, or other means to access your FSB Digital Banking, you are responsible for any transactions they authorize. If you believe that your password or other means to access your FSB Digital Banking has been lost or stolen or that someone may attempt to use the Digital Services without your consent or has transferred money without your permission, you must notify us at once by calling the phone number listed on the first page of this Agreement. You can also contact us by sending a Secure Message through FSB Digital Banking. If you or your Authorized Users disclose your password to anyone, and/or if you allow someone to use your password to access your FSB Digital Banking, you are authorizing them to act on your behalf and you will be responsible for any use of the Digital Services. There may be other security related notices posted on our website or FSB Digital Banking from time to time. It is your responsibility to read all security notices.

Password Responsibility. Once you subscribe to the Wireless Service, you will receive a user ID and password to establish an account. You are solely and entirely responsible for: (1) maintaining the confidentiality of your password and (2) for all activities which occur under your account. You will immediately notify NEXGO of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security known to you. The complete privacy of your data and messages transmitted while using the Wireless Service cannot be guaranteed. For the purposes of this Agreement, “use” means to transfer data over the Network.
Password Responsibility. If you wish to access your Patient Portal on this Site, you must choose a password during your completion of this Site’s setup process. By accessing your Patient Portal, you represent, warrant that you are using your actual identity; you have provided only true, accurate, current and complete information about yourself during the setup process. You may access the patient portal anytime by logging in. You agree to supervise usage of your account by minors. You ratify and confirm any obligations incurred by a minor using your account.

  • Customer’s Responsibility The policies in this document apply to the use of Data by Customers, Redistributors and their End Customers. Customers are responsible for compliance with this policy by all members of the Customer’s Group and by all persons to whom they distribute Data where authorised to do so. Turquoise recommends that Customers make this Schedule available to all Subscribers to their services having access to Data which is subject to Charges, reporting requirements or usage restrictions.

  • Reporting Responsibility a) Vendor shall be responsible for reporting all services purchased under the Contract. Vendor shall file the monthly reports, subcontract reports, and pay the administrative fees in accordance with the due dates specified in this section. b) DIR shall have the right to verify required reports and to take any actions necessary to enforce its rights under this section, including but not limited to compliance checks of Vendor’s applicable Contract. Vendor will provide all required documentation at no cost.

  • Limited Responsibility Each Party shall be responsible only for service(s) and facility(ies) which are provided by that Party, its affiliates, authorized agents, subcontractors, or others retained by such parties, and neither Party shall bear any responsibility for the services and facilities provided by the other Party, the other Party’s affiliates, agents, subcontractors, or other persons retained by such parties. No Party shall be liable for any act or omission of another Telecommunications Carrier (other than an affiliate) providing a portion of a service, unless such Telecommunications Carrier is an authorized agent, subcontractor, or other retained by the party providing the service.

  • Filing Responsibility PARTICIPANT ACKNOWLEDGES THAT IT IS PARTICIPANT’S SOLE RESPONSIBILITY, AND NOT THE CORPORATION’S, TO FILE A TIMELY ELECTION UNDER CODE SECTION 83(b), EVEN IF PARTICIPANT REQUESTS THE CORPORATION OR ITS REPRESENTATIVES TO MAKE THIS FILING ON HIS OR HER BEHALF.

  • Customer Responsibilities Notwithstanding the above, Customer agrees that except as provided by this DPA, Customer is responsible for its secure use of the Services, including securing its account authentication credentials, protecting the security of Customer Data when in transit to and from the Services and taking any appropriate steps to securely encrypt or backup any Customer Data uploaded to the Services.
