Patch Management and Updates. For Contractor’s IT assets connecting to an Owner network, the Contractor shall provide appropriate hardware, software, and firmware updates to remediate newly discovered vulnerabilities or weaknesses within 30 days. Updates to remediate critical vulnerabilities shall be provided within a shorter period than other updates, within 10 days. All updates as provided in this section shall be individually be referred to as a “Patch Update” and collectively referred to as “Patch Updates”. If Contractor believes it cannot provide or implement one or more Patch Updates within the time required, it may so inform Owner by notice to Owner, and Owner will reasonably attempt to resolve Contractor’s concerns. Owner may, in its sole discretion, allow Contractor to adopt measures equivalent in effectiveness to those to which exception has been taken. The final decision on any exception requested by Contractor shall be made by Owner’s Cybersecurity & IT Compliance organization or its successor organization.

  • Support and Updates You are entitled to receive email support or support via our GitHub page for one (1) year after you purchase the License for the Software. During that time, you shall be entitled to receive support for an unlimited number of support inquiries. BALKAN App will provide an initial response (but not necessarily a resolution) to each support inquiry within: seventy-two (72) hours of receipt of such support inquiry, and will use reasonable efforts to resolve the issue generating the inquiry as soon as is reasonably possible. You will lose the right to receive support after such one (1) year period, unless you renew your License with BALKAN App at additional cost. You are eligible to receive Major and Minor Updates (i.e., major revisions or new versions) during the one (1) year after the date on which you purchase the License; you will lose the right to receive Updates after such one (1) year period, unless you renew your license.

  • Procurement and Property Management Standards The parties to this Agreement shall adhere to the procurement and property management standards established in 2 CFR 200, Uniform Administrative Requirements, Cost Principles, and Audit Requirements for Federal Awards, and to the Texas Uniform Grant Management Standards. The State must pre-approve the Local Government’s procurement procedures for purchases to be eligible for state or federal funds.

  • Content and Services Neither Licensor nor the provider of the wireless network is the provider of any financial services available through or related to the Software, and neither Licensor nor the provider of the wireless network or any contractor of the provider of the financial services available through or related to the Software, is responsible for any of the materials, information, products or services made available to you via the Software.
