Paths. Dividing paths between allotments.
Paths. (a) Not to obstruct or encroach on any path or roadway set out by the Council for the use of the occupiers of the allotment gardens and
(b) Tenants will not obstruct any dividing path between plots and should also maintain these divisional paths to a minimum width of 60cm (24 inches), except where otherwise agreed by the Council. If necessary tenants will be required to give up sections of their plot for the purposes of footpath reinstatement if existing plots are to be divided for the use of new tenants.
Paths. 9.1 Paths between two Allotment Gardens must be a minimum of 18 inches (450mm) in width where possible and must be maintained by the Tenants to the nearest half width by each adjoining Tenant.
9.2 Paths must be kept clear of obstructions at all times except for paths provided by Tenants only on their own plots.
9.3 Tenants must not leave any tools or other equipment unattended on common pathways or other such areas of the site, nor in any other way that may cause an accident or injury, and must ensure that such tools or equipment are used carefully and with due regard to the safety of others.
9.4 Tenants are not allowed to make additional paths or routes to and from the Allotment plots.
Paths. The Council will maintain the main paths (tracks) which have a width of at least 8ft.. The current width of paths between plots is 18 inches split equally between the adjacent plots. This width will increase to 24 inches as plots are re-let.
Paths. 6.1 The Tenant shall not cause or permit to be obstructed or cut into any paths provided for the use of the occupiers of other Allotments on the Site.
6.2 The Tenant is responsible for maintaining in an accessible and good condition any pathway or hedge included in their Allotment and the half width of any pathway or hedge around their Allotment.
6.3 The minimum half-width of a path between allotment plots will be approximately 0.25m (9 inches) and maximum total width of 0.610m (24 inches).
Paths. (a) The Council reserves all rights of way and other rights existing over the premises.
(b) The Tenant must not permit any new right of way and other rightsto be acquired over the premises.
(c) Paths set out by the Council on the allotment must be kept clear of obstruction at all times.
(d) The Tenant shall not use any barbed wire fence adjoining anypath set out by the Council for the use of the occupiers of the Allotments.
Paths. 9.1 Paths between two Allotment Gardens must be a minimum of 500mm in width where possible and must be kept trimmed and free from weeds up to the nearest half width by each adjoining Tenant.
9.2 Site paths must be kept clear of obstructions at all times except for paths provided by Tenants only for use on their Allotment.
9.3 The Tenant must not leave any tools or other equipment unattended on common pathways or other such areas of the Site nor in any other way that may cause accident or injury and must ensure that such tools and other equipment are used carefully and with due regard to the safety of others.
Paths. 13.1 Paths provided by Tenants must be within the boundaries of their own Allotments and kept reasonably free from weeds.
13.2 Paths between two Allotments must be kept reasonably free from weeds up to the nearest half width by each adjoining Tenant.
13.3 Paths must be kept clear of obstructions at all times, except for paths provided by Tenants only for use on their own Allotments.

(b) Tenants will not obstruct any dividing path between allotment plots and should also maintain these divisional paths to a minimum width of 90cm (2 ft. 11 inches), except where otherwise agreed by the Council. If necessary, tenants will be required to give up sections of their allotment plot for the purposes of footpath reinstatement, if existing allotment plots are to be divided for the use of new tenants.
Paths. 22.1. If there is a path upon the allotment this must be within the boundaries of the allotment and kept reasonably free from weeds.
22.2. You shall cut the grass on the half of the width of any shared paths adjoining the allotment.
22.3. You shall at all times kept shared paths clear of obstructions, and particularly tripping obstructions.
22.4. You shall not extend the allotment into any shared path which shall be kept wide enough for easy pedestrian and wheel xxxxxx access to neighbouring allotments.
22.5. If the allotment extends into an area that but for the extension would have been a shared path then you shall re-create the path if required by the Council.
