PAY AND TRAVEL EXPENSES. (1) AMOUNT TO WHICH MEMBERS ARE ENTI- TLED.—Except as provided in paragraph (2), members of the Committee are entitled to re- ceive the daily equivalent of the maximum an- nual rate of basic pay payable for level IV of the Executive Schedule for each day (includ- ing travel-time) during which they perform services for the Committee. A member is enti- tled to travel expenses, including a per diem allowance instead of subsistence, as provided under section 5703 of title 5.

(2) Officers or employees of the federal GOVERNMENT.—Members who are officers or employees of the Federal Government may not receive additional pay because of their service on the Committee.

  • Business and Travel Expenses Upon presentation of reasonable substantiation and documentation as the Company may specify from time to time, the Employee shall be reimbursed in accordance with the Company’s expense reimbursement policy, for all reasonable out-of-pocket business and travel expenses incurred and paid by the Employee during the Employment Term and in connection with the performance of the Employee’s duties hereunder.

  • Ancillary and Travel Expenses A. Except as otherwise provided in the Grant Agreement, no ancillary expenses incurred by the Grantee in connection with its provision of the services or deliverables will be reimbursed by the System Agency.   • Travel Expenses CONTRACTOR shall not be allowed or paid travel expenses unless set forth in this Agreement.

  • FARES AND TRAVELLING ALLOWANCE In lieu of the basic daily excess fares and travel pattern allowance prescribed by Clause 38.1.1 of the award, a payment per day shall be made for each day worked (including RDO’s).   • Fares and Travel Allowance All Employees shall be entitled to receive the fares and travel allowance as follows:
