PAY FOR ACTING SENIOR CAPACITY. (a) Full Acting Pay On every occasion that an employee is temporarily required to accept the responsibilities and carry out the core duties of a senior position covered by this Agreement, the employee shall be paid for every day that the duties of the senior position are carried out at the minimum rate in the pay range for such senior position. However, where the salary received in the employee’s own position is equal to, or exceeds the minimum of the senior position, the next higher rate in the pay range of the senior position shall be paid.
