Common use of Pay for Non-Permanent Employees Clause in Contracts

Pay for Non-Permanent Employees. (a) Pay for general holidays will be calculated on the basis of all time worked at regular rates, general holiday time worked and any paid leave taken during the pay period in which the holiday occurs. Maximum hours will not exceed 80 hours for outside employees or 75 hours for inside employees during the pay period. Total hours worked will be divided by (10 days minus number of general holidays in the pay period).
