If additional visits are required, the employee must notify his/her supervisor twenty-four (24) hours prior to day of absence. A reasonable schedule will be observed. *If additional visits for outside medical attention are not possible on employee’s own time. Employees on the 2nd and 3rd shifts who are required to seek out of town treatment for their injuries will be paid four (4) hours provided they work the remainder of their shifts.
