Out of Town. Travel at a distance of one hundred (100) miles or greater without an overnight stay;
a. One (1) meal required – Ten dollars ($10.00)
b. Two (2) meals required – Twenty-five dollars ($25.00)
Out of Town. “On Call” status. Employer shall pay a minimum of four (4) hours daily pay at the appropriate rate for “on call” requirements.
Out of Town. If I am out of town, I will indicate that on my voice mail or provide the name of a colleague. If you experience an emergency and you are not able to reach me, you may call the Distress Centre, 000-000-0000 (HELP), call 911 or go to a hospital emergency room. I prefer 48 hours’ notice to accommodate the waitlist (this benefits everyone). If you miss an appointment without notice, or cancel a session with less than 24 hours notice, you will be charged the $90 fee. Legal means may be used to collect unpaid debts. In starting therapy, you begin a goal-focused process that has a beginning, middle, and end. It is recommended that stopping therapy be planned for and discussed with the therapist. Both you EAP and I have utmost concern for your well-being. EAP counselling is intended to be short-term therapy; though I will attempt to address all of your issues please be aware some issues may require longer treatment and help. I will endeavor to and discuss possible options and support you where possible to access these resources.
Out of Town. SECTION 27.01 The Company may assign certain shop employees to out-of-town job sites. This applies mainly to employees of the Contract Drilling Division but may apply periodically to other employees in the Bargaining Unit. As clarification, the term "out-of-town job site" shall be defined as any place of work outside the City of North Bay's city limits.
SECTION 27.02 It is the Company's intention that, whenever it is practical, C.D.D. Shop employees will not be posted to out-of-town job sites for periods in excess of six (6) weeks.
SECTION 27.03 An employee required to work at an out-of-town job site in Canada shall receive fifty
Out of Town. When a member is required to go out of town on police duty (except for the purposes of training), he shall not be required to travel by motor vehicle more than kilometers per day. Any such travel in excess of kilometers per day shall be at the option of the member. Where a member is required to go out of town on police business (including training) and is required to use his personal vehicle, he shall be reimbursed in accordance with the provisions of By-Law of the City of Greater respecting payment of expenses. New recruits while attending Ontario Police College for Basic Recruit Training are not entitled to this provision.
Out of Town. (a) All work done out-of-town or en route shall be charged for at book rates plus twenty-five percent (25%).
(b) Employer/Producer must guarantee all Arrangers and Orchestrators a minimum of four (4) hours per calendar day at the time rate plus the 25% out-of-town premium (in return for four (4) hours of stand-by).
(c) Producer must pay all Arrangers and Orchestrators, $181.90 per calendar day for personal travel expenses effective March 7, 2011, $187.31 effective March 5, 2012 ($192.61 effective March 4, 2013, $197.91 effective March 3, 2014, $203.21 effective March 2, 2015.
(d) On all out-of-town calls:
(i) Employer/Producer must guarantee a two (2) day minimum for cities at a distance greater than 250 miles from New York City, including travel days.
(ii) There must be a twelve (12) hour notice of dismissal from a show.
(iii) Employer/Producer may not give notice of dismissal to an Associate Orchestrator except through his or her Supervisor. Any disputes relating to this provision shall be determined by the Supervisor of Music Preparation Services of Local 802.
(e) Employer/Producer shall provide round trip transportation. Air transportation shall be economy class on regularly scheduled airlines. Rail transportation shall be coach class. Producer shall provide rental cars when the above forms of transportation do not suffice or shall reimburse travel by personal car when requested by the Producer at the rate of thirty-two and one-half (32.5) cents per mile (or the latest IRS rate) for actual miles driven.
(f) Incurred expenses shall be reimbursed from point of departure (train station or air line terminal) to point of out-of-town employment and return to New York City.
(g) The costs of transporting and insuring a computer(s) for out-of-town work shall be borne by the Employer/Producer provided the computer(s) is/are under the Employer/Producer's care, custody and control.
Out of Town. (1) If a Copyist is required by the Employer/Producer to work out-of-town, the Employer/Producer shall pay for and furnish the Copyist with economy-class round-trip air, rail or bus transportation from and to New York City. Such travel shall be on carriers and at times determined by the Employer/Producer in its sole discretion. The Employer/Producer shall provide rental cars when the above forms of transportation do not suffice or shall reimburse travel by personal car when requested by the Employer/Producer at the rate of thirty-two and one-half (32.5) cents per mile (or the latest IRS rate) for actual miles driven. In addition, for each day that a Copyist is required to work out-of-town, the Employer/Producer shall furnish and pay for single-room accommodations (including applicable taxes) in a first-class hotel of Employer/Producer’s choice, and pay to the Copyist Fifty Dollars ($50.00) per day, except for travel days when the Copyist returns New York City before 12:00 p.m. The Copyist shall be responsible for any room service, laundry, cleaning or other incidental hotel charges.
(2) For each day that a Copyist is required by the Employer/Producer to perform out- of-town work, the Copyist shall be guaranteed a minimum six (6) hours per day at the Hourly Library Rate, which shall be offset against any actual work performed. This minimum payment shall not be made on the day designated forty-eight (48) hours in advance by the Employer/Producer as the “day off” for that Copyist. The designated day off may be changed on forty eight (48) hours notice.
(3) Travel time shall be paid at no less than the daily guarantee unless travel occurs on an employee’s designated day off.
(4) The Employer/Producer shall guarantee a two (2) day minimum for travel to cities more than 250 miles from New York City, including travel days.
(5) A Copyist working out-of town whose employment is terminated after 6:00 p.m. shall be paid the minimum for the following day.
(6) Incurred expenses shall be reimbursed from point of departure (train station or air line terminal) to point of out-of-town employment and return to New York City.

Out of Town. When a non local resident employee is employed on an out-of-town project, the Employer shall supply an "employer supplied room plus daily meal allowance" or, with the mutual agreement of such employee, shall pay a daily "living out allowance" in lieu thereof. The terms of both daily travel as well as initial and terminal travel which shall apply to a non local resident employee on an out-of-town project shall be established on a project by project basis. Such terms shall be mutually agreed upon, in writing, by the Employer and the non local resident employee prior to the commencement of travel. Employers are advised that if such mutual agreement, in writing, cannot be provided to the Union within one (1) week of request, the industrial standards for daily travel and initial and terminal travel shall apply.
I. Hours of Work and Overtime
1. Any work hours under the forty (40) hour weekly maximum missed during the regular work week may be made up on a Saturday at straight time upon mutual agreement between the employee(s) and Employer. When all employees on the crew are sent home on the same day, they shall be provided the same opportunity to work Saturday at straight time, although each employee shall retain the right to decline such opportunity.

a. On a regular work week, the first two (2) hours of overtime Monday through Friday and the first eight (8) hours on Saturday shall be paid at one and one-half (1-1/2) times the otherwise applicable straight time hourly wage rate. All other overtime shall be paid at double time.
b. On a compressed work week, the first ten (10) hours of overtime worked on the Friday of a Monday through Thursday compressed work week, or on the Monday of a Tuesday through Friday compressed work week, shall be payable at one and one-half (1Yz) times the otherwise applicable straight time hourly wage rate. SECTION 27.05 It is understood that shop employees whose normal duties include driving Company vehicles or transporting Company goods to and from out-of- town job sites shall not be considered as assigned to said job site and Sections 27.03, 27.04, and 27.09 shall not apply.
SECTION 27.06 Employees required to travel on Company business shall, while traveling to and from their temporary place of duty, be paid their regular rates of pay at straight time up to a maximum of eight
SECTION 27.07 The Company shall pay all traveling expenses, supported by receipts, up to a maximum of sixty (60) dollars per day incurred by employees while traveling to and from out-of-town job sites. This daily maximum may be increased at the Company’s discretion if deemed inadequate. In such cases, the Company will provide the employee with written authorization of the increase prior to the commencement of travel.
SECTION 27.08 When special arrangements are made with an employee being sent to an out-of-town job site, the Company agrees to notify the Union in writing of such arrangements at least ten (10) days prior to the employee’s departure. It is recognized that there may be occasions where the ten (10) day notice period may be reduced. It is further agreed that if any of the special arrangements are unacceptable to the Union, the Company is prepared to discuss those conditions with the Union.
