Common use of Pay on Temporary Assignment to Higher Position Clause in Contracts

Pay on Temporary Assignment to Higher Position. (a) An employee who is assigned by the Employer to a position for which a higher rate of pay is applicable will receive the salary rate for the assigned position in accordance with the promotion procedure provided that he/she fills that position for a period of at least one (1) day.

Pay on Temporary Assignment to Higher Position.
