PAY OUT OF COMPENSATORY TIME. 1. Unit employees may cash out accumulated compensatory time up to 240 hours in accordance with Article Five Section VIII. 2. In the event of separation from service for any reason, the unit employee shall be entitled to cash payment of one-hundred percent (100%) of accumulated compensatory time paid at the unit employee’s straight time base hourly rate.
