Common use of Pay Plan Clause in Contracts

Pay Plan. The Employer hereto adopted a pay plan under which employees covered by this agreement have and shall continue to be compensated. A copy of that plan is attached hereto, marked "Wage Schedule," and made a part of this agreement as Exhibit A and is available on the county’s website.
