Pay Plan. A. All employees covered by this Contract shall be assigned to a pay range and paid a salary or wage in accordance with Appendix A. Article 18, Wages, will be used in determining actual pay rates and ranges in effect. Assignment to a pay range shall be the result of a formal classification action. The pay schedule of all full-time and permanent part-time employees shall be on a biweekly basis, with amounts computed on an hourly basis.
