Pay Schedule Language. This provision is intended to establish an alternative wage payment arrangement in accordance with Indiana Code 20-26-5-32.2. For the 20-14-2015 school year, teachers will be paid in 24 equal installments. The first pay of the school year will be August 20, 2014 with each payroll thereafter falling on the 5th and 20th of each month.
