Payment Card Authorization. If Customer provides its payment by way of credit card or debit card, Customer hereby grants permission to CRED iQ to charge all Fees due and owing to such credit card or debit card, including Fees with respect to renewals of subscriptions for a CRED iQ Service in accordance with this Agreement on the date on which such Fees are due. Customer represents that it is the card holder of any credit card or debit card that it provides to CRED iQ for payment(s), or that Customer is duly authorized to provide the consent to use such credit card or debit card as set forth in this Section 7.
Payment Card Authorization. Codavel may seek pre-authorization of Customer’s payment card account prior to the purchase of Bolina Software in order to verify that the card is valid and has the necessary funds or credit available to cover the purchase. Customer authorizes such payment card account to pay any amounts described herein, and authorize Codavel to charge all sums described in this Agreement to such card account. Customer agrees to provide Codavel updated information regarding the payment card account upon Codavel’s request and any time the information earlier provided is no longer valid.
Payment Card Authorization. Unless otherwise stated in the applicable Order, JumpCloud will charge (and Customer hereby authorizes JumpCloud to charge) Customer’s provided payment card, as of the date the invoice is generated, for (a) all Monthly Fees, (b) all Service Fees for any billing frequency specified in the applicable Order, (c) all Service Fees for the Committed Quantities applicable as of the date the applicable invoice is generated, (d) all Service Fees for any applicable Renewal Order Term (as defined in Section 6.2 (Order Renewal)), at the time of such renewal, and (e) the amount of any past due Service Fees, plus late charges, if any, due to JumpCloud under this Agreement. If the Monthly Fees are less than $1,000, a payment card is required unless otherwise agreed in writing by JumpCloud. JumpCloud’s payment card processor will retain Customer’s payment card information for purposes of this Section 3.6 (Payment Card Authorization).

Unless otherwise stated in the applicable Order, Automox will charge (and Customer hereby authorizes Automox to charge) Customer’s provided payment card for (a) all Service Fees as of the date the sales receipt is generated; (b) all Service Fees for any billing frequency otherwise established in the Order; (c) any Committed Quantity as of the date the applicable invoice is generated; (d) the amount of annual renewal subscriptions for Committed Fees, at the time of such renewal; and (e) the amount of any past due Service Fees, plus late charges, if any, due to Automox under this Agreement. Automox may require a payment card to cover Monthly True-Ups.
