Committed Quantity definition

Committed Quantity means the difference between the Baseline and the Committed Level; “Customer” means an end user of electricity, supplied by a licensed Supplier;
Committed Quantity has the meaning given in Section 5.4 (Committed Period Subscriptions).
Committed Quantity has the meaning specified in Section 4.1(a).

Examples of Committed Quantity in a sentence

  • In the event that any such Qualified Offtake Agreement has terminated, the Borrower shall designate another Qualified Offtake Agreement or enter into and designate one or more additional Qualified Offtake Agreements within 180 days following such termination to the extent necessary to meet the Base Committed Quantity.

More Definitions of Committed Quantity

Committed Quantity means the quantity of Goods to be supplied as stated in the latest Quotation to contain such information or the Acknowledgement of Order (the latter taking precedence).

Related to Committed Quantity

  • Maximum Daily Quantity means the daily volume of Gas or Liquids, expressed in 103m3, identified in a Shipper's Interruptible Transportation Service Agreement that Transporter agrees to receive from Shipper under Toll Schedule Interruptible Full Path Service, Toll Schedule Interruptible Receipt Service or Toll Schedule Interruptible Delivery Service, as applicable.

  • Committed Shipper means a Shipper that has contracted for transporting a Committed Volume or otherwise paying the applicable Shortfall Payment, pursuant to the terms of a TSA executed by the Shipper during the open commitment periods that commenced on October 3, 2011, January 4, 2012, and December 21, 2018.

  • Minimum Commitment means any minimum commitment of time and usage for use of the Services by You during the Term of this Agreement.
