Payment for an Unworked Holiday. Payment for an unworked Holiday shall be compensated pursuant to Article Eleven of this Agreement, whereby a Holiday Pay Fringe payable to all Employees is the means by which unworked Holidays are paid. An Employee engaged on a weekly guarantee will have his/her weekly rate or guarantee reduced by one-fifth (1/5) for each unworked holiday that falls within the Employee’s guaranteed work week.
