Payment for an Unworked Statutory Holiday. Payment for an unworked Statutory Holiday shall be compensated pursuant to Article Eight of this Master Agreement. An Employee engaged on a weekly guarantee will have his/her weekly rate or guarantee reduced by one-fifth (1/5) for each unworked holiday that falls within the Employee’s guaranteed work week.
