PAYMENT FOR FACULTY EVALUATION OF DEMONSTRATED COMPETENCE. A Faculty Member will be reimbursed at a rate based on the following: Type One (Proficiency): If the level of proficiency is determined based on the presentation of a license, certificate, or simple document, or if the proficiency is based on a standard proficiency exam administered in the testing office, or a final exam for a specific course administered by the instructor, compensation will be based on 0.05% of Step 1, Range A of the current Faculty Salary Schedule.
