Test Administration. The district will comply with all required test administration and security procedures for all state mandated tests as established by the Ohio Department of Education. This includes providing training in test administration and security procedures to all appropriate teachers prior to the mandated test administration period(s).
Test Administration. All tests are handled and graded by the Learning Services or Human Resources Department. A letter will be forwarded to you within a few days after taking the test showing the results. If unsuccessful, the letter will contain suggested areas for further study. This is to increase your chance of qualifying in retaking the test. Review of this exam will be done in accordance with Title 205.11 of the Contract.
Test Administration. All exams for promotions covered by this agreement may be offered once a year. The Fire Chief can extend the promotional eligibility list for an additional year, for a maximum total of two years. Members receiving a passing score during any testing cycle may maintain that score in perpetuity. Members may attempt to improve their score, but they will never have their score reduced below the highest passing score achieved in any promotional testing process after ratification of this agreement. Promotional eligibly lists become effective upon certification of the Human Resources Department and the expiration of the previous eligibility list. The annual job-related promotional examination process for each rank shall be conducted, provided a minimum of three (3) eligible unit members give notice and are eligible to test. If there are less than three (3) eligible unit members, the City, in its sole discretion, shall utilize an administrative system for promotions.
18.3.1 Title - Driver/Engineer
Test Administration. 1. Mechanic competency tests to be provided under this Agreement shall consist of computer based, written, and oral tests only. The School or Program shall provide necessary text to voice software, or provide a “reader” for those requiring such, when necessary, for administering the oral test(s). A “reader” shall not be an automotive instructor or licensed mechanic.
2. Whenever possible, a test administered to a group of persons shall be given in a single room.
3. The School or Program shall provide test monitors in the following numbers:
a. A minimum of two (2).
b. One (1) additional monitor for each fifty (50) persons or fraction thereof over one hundred (100).
c. Mechanic instructors may act as monitors but may not do so alone.
4. Mechanic competency testing shall be proctored by staff members of the School or Program or by staff member(s) of the Department with assistance from the School or Program, at the discretion of the Department.
5. The Department shall be permitted to have a staff member or other representative present during the administration of any test(s).
6. Security of the test content shall be the responsibility of the School or Program during the time of testing. Test questions, in part or whole, shall not be copied or otherwise reproduced for any reason whatsoever unless the Department provides written approval in advance.
7. There will no template or batch testing allowed without prior approval from the Department.
Test Administration. TA42 The Contractor shall be responsible for verifying the identity of the candidate. Although biometrics is not currently required it may be required at a later date (i.e. within the Term of Call-Off Contracts awarded by Customers under this Framework Agreement) in line with government policy.
Test Administration. Prior to administering the exercises, all testing materials and venue set up (supply packages, test booklets, recording equipment set up, other materials, etc.) will be prepared by the Assessment Center in standardized manner. Time frames and instructions will be standardized so that all candidates receive the same instructions and the same amount of time to complete their exercises.
Test Administration. The AO must administer the skills test strictly according to the methods and criteria detailed in the Procedure Manual for the TPST Program, policies, procedures, rules, regulations, manuals, laws, and this Agreement. The AO must administer the skills tests as follows: On driving routes previously approved by DPS. Using a class C vehicle that has passed the vehicle safety assessment and has a current vehicle registration and liability insurance that meets or exceeds minimum standards. Using the DPS-approved content, forms, and scoring procedures. The Examiner must complete one skills test before beginning a subsequent skills test. An Examiner may not start another skills test until the prior Applicant passes all components of the skills test or fails the test. No additional individuals may accompany the Examiner and Applicant during the skills test except as required for audit or certification purposes or otherwise required by law. The Examiner must occupy the front passenger seat while administering the skills test. The Examiner will not administer the Skills Examination to: An applicant for a Minor’s Restricted Driver License application as defined by Title 37, Texas Administrative Code, § 15.28, commonly known as a “hardship” license. A member of their family or close relative. This includes spouses; those individuals related by blood, adoption, or marriage who live in the same household; siblings (whole, half-blooded, adopted, or step); and parent-child relationships by blood, adoption, or marriage (step or marriage in-law).
Test Administration. This chapter details the processes involved in the actual administration with emphasis on efforts made to confirm standardization of the tests. It also details procedures to confirm test security.
Test Administration. 2.1 CAE will provide institutions with the following sampling information in sufficient time before the start of the fall and spring testing periods: ▪ Guidelines for sampling, including recommended target sample sizes ▪ A description of the characteristics needed to be considered representative
2.2 CAE staff will be available to answer sampling questions; it is the institution’s responsibility to draw an appropriate representative sample.
Test Administration. CDL skills tests may only be conducted:
a. On test routes approved in advance by the Department;
b. In a vehicle that is registered and insured in a manner prescribed by the Department and for which the CDL Third Party Examiner is qualified to test; and
c. Using content, forms, and scoring procedures approved in advance by the Department. Each CDL skills test score sheet will contain the tag number of the vehicle. If there is no tag number on the vehicle no test may be administered. The Third-Party Tester acknowledges and understands that the Third-Party Examiner will do the following:
a. All Examiners must submit, in a manner prescribed by the department, to the Compliance Analyst and to the CDL Program Manager a testing schedule for all testing to be conducted.
1. This schedule must be submitted five (5) days in advance of the scheduled test.
2. The term “schedule” refers to “times, dates, and places” for the purposes of this subparagraph.
3. No tests may be given if not specified on the schedule.
4. The Compliance Analyst must approve all scheduling exceptions.
b. The Third-Party Examiner must contact their assigned DDS Compliance Analyst, by telephone or e-mail, immediately upon notification from the student of a test cancellation.
c. Conduct skills tests only on behalf of Third Party Tester, in accordance with this Agreement, current directives provided by the Department, and all applicable federal and state statutes and regulations. Departmental directives may include instructions on skills test content, route selection, route revision, test forms, examiner procedures, administrative procedures and changes to prior requirements;
d. Attend and successfully complete all advanced training courses, workshops, seminars, etc., that may be required by the Department;
e. Only administer the skills tests on behalf of approved locations utilizing the approved skills course and road test route for each approved location.
f. Submit on a form prescribed by the Department a request to test at additional Third Party Testers unless testing under the same umbrella.
1. A Third Party Testing Agreement must be signed and approved for each location an Examiner wishes to test.
g. Not test relatives (by blood or marriage).
h. May administer skills test to both Georgia and Out-of-State applicants holding a valid Commercial Learners Permit (CLP) and underlying license.
