Payment for Governance and Essential College Duties. The College and the Association recognize that faculty are often asked to perform essential duties of the College that extend beyond their contractual workload. The College will provide $2500 annually to compensate part-time faculty who are asked to serve on College-identified priority committees and contractual task forces of direct impact to adjunct faculty, and for part-time faculty who serve as pluralism advocates on screening and interviewing committees.
