Part-time Eligibility. Part-time employees who were employed before and after the holiday and for a period of at least twelve (12) calendar days during the month (not including the holiday) will be compensated in cash or compensatory time for the holiday in an amount proportionate to the time in pay status during the month to that required for full-time employment.
Part-time Eligibility. A-8.01 Part-time employees who average twenty-four (24) hours or more per week in a three (3) month period including paid sick leave and general holiday pay, will be eligible to participate in the group life insurance, long term disability, dental and extended health care insurance plans provided by the Co-operative. If an employee's weekly hours should drop below an average of twenty-four (24) hours over a three (3) month period including paid sick leave and general holiday pay, then the employee may be dropped from said plans at the discretion of the Co-operative. Eligibility will not be affected by any approved leave of absence pursuant to this contract.
Part-time Eligibility. The College shall inform all part-time faculty working under quarterly agreements of the eligibility criterion for health and insurance coverage established by the Washington State Health Care Authority. Part- time faculty who are contracted for at least fifty percent (50%) of a full-time load at the College or work a combined load of at least fifty percent (50%) at the College and other Washington State public institutions of higher education for two (2) consecutive quarters are eligible for health and dental insurance at the start of the second (2nd) consecutive quarter. Health and insurance coverage will be provided during July and August of each year for part-time faculty who are eligible under the rules of the Health Care Authority.
Part-time Eligibility. For purposes of this Article it is understood and agreed by the parties that contributions listed in Sections 11.2-11.7 shall be allowed only to those School Nutrition employees who are employed at least six (6) or more hours per day. The eligibility and employer contributions for employees working less than six (6) hours shall be as follows:
A. For those employees working four (4) or more but less than six (6) hours per day the following shall apply: • The District contribution to the health insurance program shall be 1/2 the amounts in Section 11.2 • Dental insurance as stated in Section 11.3. • Long Term Disability as stated in Section 11.4 • Life insurance in 1/2 the coverage amount stated in 11.5.

16.6.1 Part-time employees regularly scheduled to work seventeen and one-half (17 ½) or more hours per week shall be eligible for pro-rata holiday pay.
16.6.2 Part-time employees regularly scheduled to work less than seventeen and one-half (17 ½) hours per week shall not be eligible for holiday pay established by this Article.
16.6.3 The Employer will calculate the total hours worked for each part-time employee every half-year (end of June and end of December) and eligibility and benefits based on this calculation will be administered during the following six (6) months. Holiday pay is pro- rated, based on the hours worked during the previous six (6) months and pro-rated for half (½) day holiday. Example: If an employee works 684.00 hours from January through June the pro-rated average equates to: 684.00 divided by 26 weeks = 26.30769 hrs.
Part-time Eligibility. The Employer shall provide the option for medical coverage to Employees in a Benefit Status of at least plus fifteen (+15), but less than plus thirty (+30).
