Payment for Space. The cost of the exhibit space is due in full prior to the Expo. Booths will be held for up to two weeks. Payment must be received within that time frame.

Payment for Space. Payment for booth space must be paid in full at time of registration.
Payment for Space. Applications for Space must be accompanied by a deposit in U.S. funds for a minimum of 50% of the full amount contracted for and made payable to Geneva Convention (which will be credited as payment when Space has been assigned). Payment for all remaining balances is due on or before September 1, 2014 for contracted space. Full payment must accompany application for Trade Show rental space made after September 1, 2014.

Payment for Space. Any Virtual Exhibitor receiving the member booth rate must have an active membership status at the time of the start of the virtual event or will be billed at the non- member rate. Failure to make payment when due will be deemed a cancellation by the Virtual Exhibitor of its booth space and this contract subject to section 2 herein, and the American Society of Baking will be permitted to reassign the Virtual Exhibitor’s booth space at its discretion.

It is agreed that Minnesota Trout Unlimited reserves the right to reassign canceled booths. Reassignment by MNTU or the Show does not relieve the cancelling Exhibitor from responsibility of paying.
