Payment for Space. The cost of the exhibit space is due in full prior to the Expo. Booths will be held for up to two weeks. Payment must be received within that time frame.

Payment for Space. Applications for Space must be accompanied by a deposit in U.S. funds for a minimum of 50% of the full amount contracted for and made payable to Geneva Convention (which will be credited as payment when Space has been assigned). Payment for all remaining balances is due on or before September 1, 2014 for contracted space. Full payment must accompany application for Trade Show rental space made after September 1, 2014.
Payment for Space. A 50% deposit of the total contracted amount is required upon execution of this agreement prior to April 1, 2021. The remaining balance of 50% is due on or before May 31, 2021. All companies applying for exhibitor and/or sponsor space on or after May 31, 2021 must pay-in-full upon execution of this agreement. HR Houston may deny space to Exhibitors who have failed to meet all payment obligations. Such denial of space may not relieve the Exhibitor from payment obligation.
Payment for Space. Registrations must be accompanied by the full payment. ERPUG reserves the right to delay space reservations if the full payment is not received with registration.
Payment for Space. Any Virtual Exhibitor receiving the member booth rate must have an active membership status at the time of the start of the virtual event or will be billed at the non- member rate. Failure to make payment when due will be deemed a cancellation by the Virtual Exhibitor of its booth space and this contract subject to section 2 herein, and the American Society of Baking will be permitted to reassign the Virtual Exhibitor’s booth space at its discretion.
Payment for Space. A 50% deposit is required at time of booth reservation. The remaining 50% is due no later than 2/08/2019. Checks should be made payable to “Minnesota Trout Unlimited.” In the event of the cancellation by an Exhibitor, Exhibitor will be assessed a fee to cover services performed and other damage relating to the cancellation as follows: Cancellation more than 90 days prior to Show opening - 50% of booth fee; cancellation between 90 and days prior to Show opening - 75% of booth fee; and cancellation less than 60 days prior to Show opening shall be 100% the booth fee. It is agreed that Minnesota Trout Unlimited reserves the right to reassign canceled booths. Reassignment by MNTU or the Show does not relieve the cancelling Exhibitor from responsibility of paying.
Payment for Space. Any Exhibitor receiving the Business Affiliate booth rate must have an active affiliate status at the time of the opening of the hall or will be billed at the non-‐affiliate rate. Applications must be accompanied with a nonrefundable deposit of 50% of published rate per booth. Full payment must be received by December 31, 2014.
