Payment for Space. The cost of the exhibit space is due in full prior to the Expo. Booths will be held for up to two weeks. Payment must be received within that time frame.

Payment for Space. Payment for booth space must be paid in full at time of registration.
Payment for Space. Applications for Space must be accompanied by a deposit in U.S. funds for a minimum of 50% of the full amount contracted for and made payable to Geneva Convention (which will be credited as payment when Space has been assigned). Payment for all remaining balances is due on or before September 1, 2014 for contracted space. Full payment must accompany application for Trade Show rental space made after September 1, 2014.

Payment for Space. Any Virtual Exhibitor receiving the member booth rate must have an active membership status at the time of the start of the virtual event or will be billed at the non- member rate. Failure to make payment when due will be deemed a cancellation by the Virtual Exhibitor of its booth space and this contract subject to section 2 herein, and the American Society of Baking will be permitted to reassign the Virtual Exhibitor’s booth space at its discretion.

It is agreed that Minnesota Trout Unlimited reserves the right to reassign canceled booths. Reassignment by MNTU or the Show does not relieve the cancelling Exhibitor from responsibility of paying.
Payment for Space. A deposit of 20% of the space costs applied for is due with the signed contract within 30 days of the contract date. • A further 40% of the space costs will be invoiced at the start of September with payment due by 1st October 2021. • The final 40% of the space costs will be invoiced at the start of November with payment due by 1st December 201. • All stands booked after 1st November 2021 shall be payable in full within 30 days. • In all cases, stands must be paid up in full by 14th January 2022.

Applications must be accompanied with a nonrefundable deposit of 50% of published rate per booth. Full payment must be received by December 31, 2014. Failure to make payment when due may be deemed a cancellation by the Exhibitor of its booth space and this contract subject to paragraph 2 herein, and UMCRM will be permitted to reassign the Exhibitor’s booth space at its discretion. No Exhibitor will be admitted to the 2015 National Conference if it has not paid in full for exhibit space.

Payment in full is due on or before July 9, 2021 If space is booked after July 9, 2021, payment in full is due immediately. No discounts will be offered for late bookings. It is agreed that the IHLA reserves the rights to reassign cancelled booths, and that subsequent reassignment of cancelled space does not relieve the cancelling Exhibitor of his/her obligation to pay the amount due. Retroactive pricing will go into effect for all booths if the cancellation results in a change in the exhibitor’s contracted volume discount rate.
