Rental Space. The Client understands that they and their invited guests will abide by the Winery requirements while on the property, to include but not limited to the following: • rented space is available for reservations from 9:00am-11:00pm (per venue and the above terms). Rental hours must be confirmed with the Winery Representative and indicated on your rental agreement. • Photos before the ceremony at the winery are allowed after vendor agreements are signed. Please let the Winery Representative know the times that you will be at the Winery for your photos. • All activities must end at or before 11:00pm, including music. Louder music must end by 10:00pm. Last call for alcohol sold will be no later than 10:15pm. • WARNING: NO SALES, OFFERING, SHARING, OR USE OF ALCOHOL TO ANYONE UNDER 21 YEARS OF AGE WILL BE ALLOWED. THIS INCLUDES ALL OUTSIDE VENDORS, GUESTS, FAMILY, OR FRIENDS. IF THIS IS DETERMINED TO HAVE HAPPENED, THE SUBJECT PERSON WILL BE ASKED TO LEAVE THE PREMISES AND PROPER LEGAL AUTHORITIES WILL BE CONTACTED IMMEDIATELY. NO EXCEPTIONS. • All guests should vacate the grounds and parking area by midnight (12:00AM). • All vehicles are required to be removed from the site no later than 9:00am the day following your event. • By 12:00am, all personal items, decorating, party accessories, and catering items must be removed from the property. • All rental equipment or supplies must be delivered and picked up on the day of the rental during the rental hours, or by noon of the following day. • Winery Representative must approve, in writing, any arrangements for early or late delivery/pickup of rental items (per venue and the above terms. Fees may apply). Final determination about early use will be made before the event, based on availability. • Placement of all non-winery equipment, including tables, tents, catering equipment, etc., must be approved by the Winery management. • Decorations will be allowed only to the extent that they are removable and not adhered to any walls, woodwork, or ceilings inside the facility in any way that would cause damage. • Only electric candles are approved for use in the tasting room or wine porch. No open flames are allowed including matches, lighters, candles, or burners, except by insured caterers. • All catering services must be removed when catering leaves. • Extended beverage service must be approved by the Winery in advance. Rental Space a. The Rental Space shall include approximately 23,392 square feet of the Premises as more particularly set forth in Exhibit "A". b. Sublessee shall have an option to lease the additional portion of the Premises specifically designated on Exhibit A as the Optional Rental Space. The rental of such Optional Rental Space shall be under the same terms and conditions as the Rental Space (except for the increases in the Rent and Sublessee's Pro Rata Share). c. In the event that Sublessor proposes to rent or vacate its portion of the Premises as shown on Exhibit "A" prior to the expiration of this Sublease, then Sublessor shall notify Sublessee in writing of such intention. Sublessee shall have until 5:00 P.M. on the fifteenth day following receipt by the Sublessee of such notice to provide notice of its intent to lease Sublessor's portion of the Premises in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement. Upon such notice, the parties shall promptly prepare an amendment to this Sublease for such additional Rental Space. d. Any modifications or "fit-up" which Sublessee proposes to make to the Rental Space shall first be approved by the Sublessor and secondly by the Landlord, and the cost of any and all such modifications shall be borne by the Sublessee.
Rental Space. The CLIENT understands that they and their invited guests will abide by winery requirements while on the property including the following:  Rental is for one full day. CLIENT can decorate the day before if available and during business hours, and also the morning of event. CLIENT must clean up prior to leaving estate. (Next day arrangements can be made)  Placement of all non-winery equipment including tables, tents, catering equipment, etc., must be approved by Round Lake Vineyards & Winery, LLC. management.  No inside furniture may be left outside overnight (chairs, umbrellas, arbors, or tents).  Only alcohol purchased from Round Lake Vineyards & Winery, LLC. can be consumed on the premises.  Birdseed, lavender, bubbles, and rose petals may be used to throw at the newlywed couple or used during the ceremony. We ask that you not throw rice, it is dangerous to birds. We also ask that no non- biodegradable items be thrown such as confetti or silly string.  Decorations are not to be attached to walls.  All decorations must be removed without leaving damages. Be kind and leave the property as you found it. If lit candles are used, we ask that the candle be enclosed. Electric candles are preferred.
Rental Space. This agreement allows use of the upstairs apartment area of AFHC agreed upon by AFHC and XXXXXX. Upstairs apartment area consists of a furnished one bedroom, one bathroom, plus kitchenette. The break room/conference room of AFHC may be used after business hours as long as AFHC is not using said area for other purposes. The washer and dryer located in the AFHC regular boarding xxxx may be used by LESSEE when they are not being used for AFHC purposes.
Rental Space. For the purposes of this Agreement, Renter is granted the use of the Saigling House and grounds located at 000 X. 00xx Xxxxxx, Xxxxx, XX. Renter hours of access for deliveries, event setup, event dismantle, cleanup and load-outs are to be arranged with ArtCentre management and may be subject to additional fees as defined in Section 4 of this agreement.
Rental Space. The space rented under this Agreement is the Meeting Room located on the second floor of the Coastal Gateway Building located at 0000 Xxxxx Xxxxx Drive, Xxxxx Beach, California. The rental space includes the adjoining kitchen. Renter affirmatively represents that Renter has seen or otherwise understands the physical location, rooms and facilities being rented under this Agreement. The rental space does not include parking. Renter affirmatively represents that Renter understands that parking space is limited and may not be available in the immediate vicinity of the facility.

Rental Space. This completed and fully executed agreement will allow use of the 1st floor Multipurpose Room (approximately 1,500 square feet) and/or the 2nd floor Boardroom (approximately 384 square feet) of the JLSL Headquarters and Training Facility as agreed upon by LESSOR and LESSEE for the amount specified in “Lease Terms” below and according to all terms contained herein. This agreement includes use of the kitchen area, sink and refrigerators to the extent space is available. This agreement does NOT include use of the “workroom” area, the storeroom (except to access and return tables and chairs) or private offices located in the JLSL Headquarters.

If an occurrence or condition (“Force Majeure Event”) arises that was not caused by the fault or negligence of either party to this agreement, and the Force Majeure Event results in a cancellation of this agreement, both the Client and the Association will be excused from performing their obligations under this agreement, so long as the following conditions are met:
Rental Space. Lessor hereby rents to Renter and Xxxxxx hereby agrees to rent the following space which is 10’ X 18’. A $100.00 deposit is required for each space. HM Realty will ensure the rented space is in good order at the end of the rental period and determine whether this deposit will be returned to the renter. Returned deposit will be mailed to the renter within 30 days to the address provided by the renter and in the name of the designated renter.
