Payment for Travel Time. C. When filming takes place outside of the Free Zone, as defined in Subsection B above, then the work time shall be calculated starting from the time of departure from the Free Zone, and up to the return to the Free Zone, except for the matter of payment of the compensation for overtime, for travel from the area's boundaries to the set and back, to be calculated according to the normal work hour, rather than in accordance with Sections 21 and 22, except for travel hours which cut down the interim time, which will be paid as detailed in Section 27 F.

Payment for Travel Time. 10.1 The Employee will be paid at three quarter of their normal hourly rate of pay, on an hourly basis, for the time taken to travel to and from jobs which are outside the designated area of fifty kilometres surrounding the office of the Employer in the state or territory in which the work is being conducted. A driver of a company vehicle on such a trip will be paid at their normal hourly rate of pay.
Payment for Travel Time. An amount equal to the time it would usually take an employee to travel from their allocated place of work to Depco Drilling’s office in Rockhampton and from that office to site on the ‘day of travel’ as defined in clause 1.7 of this agreement has been factored into the employee’s annual salary.

  • Payment for TIPS Sales TIPS Members may make payments for TIPS Sales directly to Vendor, Vendor’s Authorized Reseller, or as otherwise agreed to in the applicable Supplemental Agreement after receipt of the invoice and in compliance with applicable payment statutes.
