HOURS OF WORK & MEAL BREAKS. 18.01 The calendar week shall be from 12:01 a.m. Sunday to midnight the following Saturday.
HOURS OF WORK & MEAL BREAKS a) Ordinary Hours of work shall be worked between 6.00am and 6.00pm and may be worked on any day or all of the days of the week, Monday to Friday. Once established, normal start and finish times may be varied by agreement between the Company and the majority of affected Employees on site. Employees shall be at the nearest gang box or site shed dressed, equipped and ready to commence work at the work start time. Clean up time shall occur after the scheduled finish time.
HOURS OF WORK & MEAL BREAKS a) Hours of work for full time employees shall be 38 hours per week averaged over a twelve month period plus reasonable additional hours. In order to ensure a 38 hour week is maintained under this Agreement, in the fourth week of every roster cycle employees will have the option to either have one day off with pay as a rostered day off or to accrue the rostered day off with a maximum of 5 RDOs
HOURS OF WORK & MEAL BREAKS. 5.1 Hours of Work Employees shall be required to work an average of 45 hours per week. These hours shall be worked over a work cycle of 180 hours not exceeding 28 consecutive days. In addition to these hours, employees may be required to work a reasonable amount of additional hours as requested. Employees shall be required to work 10 hour days commencing at 7:00 am and finishing at 5:00 pm each day exclusive of travel time to and from the work site. Time taken to travel to and from sight will be renumerated at managements digression, taking into consideration the hours and frequency of travel over .5 of an hour each way for each day of the roster cycle Starting and finishing times for employees covered by this agreement shall, in the first instance, be determined by the employer and may change at the employers discretion. provided, and where business needs dictate, the employer reserves the right to alter starting and finishing times with as much notice as possible to employees.

  • HOURS OF WORK i) Where employees are now working a longer daily tour, the provisions set out in this Article governing the regular hours of work on a daily tour shall be adjusted accordingly.
