PAYMENT OF BACK PAY CLAIMS. If the Company fails to give an employee work to which the employee's seniority entitles the employee, and a written notice of the employee's claim is filed within ten (10) working days of the time the Company first failed to give the employee such work, the Company will reimburse the employee for the earnings lost through failure to give the employee such work.

PAYMENT OF BACK PAY CLAIMS. Section 1. Back wages and fringe benefits shall be paid to any employee upon a finding that said employee is entitled thereto, in such amounts as may be determined through the grievance procedure.
PAYMENT OF BACK PAY CLAIMS. If the Employer fails to give an employee pay to which he/she was entitled, and a written notice of his/her claim is filed within sixty (60) days of the time the Employer first failed to give him/her such pay, the Employer will reimburse him/her for the earnings he/she lost through such failure.
