Payment of Concession Fee. The Concession Fee payable under the provisions of this Article 26 shall be due and payable in monthly instalments. Within 7 (seven) days of the close of each month, the Concessionaire shall pay to the Authority against the Concession Fee, a provisional amount calculated on the basis of total Realisable Fee of the immediately preceding month, and final settlement thereof, based on audited accounts of the Concessionaire, shall be made within 120 (one hundred and twenty) days of completion of the respective Accounting Year.
Payment of Concession Fee. 24.2.1 The Concession Fee and the Additional Concession Fee (if any) to be paid by the Concessionaire shall be due and payable within [15 (fifteen)] days of the commencement of the Accounting Year. 24.2.2 The Concessionaire shall, with each payment of the Concession Fee and Additional Concession Fee submit: (a) a certificate that the amounts paid are correct and in accordance with the provisions of the Agreements; (b) details in respect of Taxes/duties payable/reimbursable in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement; (c) details in respect of other Damages payable in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement; and

Payment of Concession Fee. The Concession Fee and Additional Annual Concession Fee payable under the provisions of this Article 26 shall be due and payable on COD ( commercial operation date) of mandatory bus terminal component in yearly instalment. Within 7 (seven) days from the COD, the Concessionaire shall pay to the Concessioning Authority in the form of demand draft/pay order in favour of (to be specified by the Concessioning Authority) payable at Gurdaspuragainst the Additional Annual Concession Fee. The AACF (Optional Commercial Component) payable under the provisions of Article 26.2.3 shall be due and payable on completion of a planned construction phase of the Optional commercial built-up area component and issuance of completion certificate (for optional commercial built-up area phase) by the Independent Engineer and/ or Nodal Officer/ Project Engineer of Concessioning Authority. The AACF (Optional Commercial Component) shall be paid in yearly instalment. Within 7 (seven) days from issuance of completion certificate (optional commercial built-up area), the Concessionaire shall pay to the Concessioning Authority in the form of demand draft/pay order in favour of (to be specified by the Concessioning Authority) payable at Gurdaspur against the AACF (Optional Commercial Component).
Payment of Concession Fee. The Developer acknowledges that the Concession Fee is due in full on the Financial Close Date. The Department, however, will permit the Developer, at its election, to pay the Concession Fee in two installments, as described in this Section 7.05.

The quarterly payment, or part thereof as the case may be, of the last Accounting Year of the Concession Period shall be payable by the Concessionaire based on actual Gross Revenue received during the particular quarter(s), or part thereof, within 7 (seven) days of the close of such quarter or part thereof.
