Payment of Final Wages. Upon the effective date of termination of the Employee’s employment pursuant to sections 4.01 or 4.03, the Company will pay to the Employee an amount equal to any accrued but unpaid Base Salary and vacation pay up to the date of such termination, and any expenses in excess of any outstanding expense advances made to the Employee for which an expense account has been submitted and remains unpaid, provided that, in the case of a termination due to Permanent Disability, any amounts payable to the Employee hereunder will be reduced by the amount of any benefits paid to the Employee under the long term disability insurance provisions of the Benefit Plan prior to the effective date of termination.

Payment of Final Wages. Employee acknowledges and agrees that as of the Separation Date, the Company has paid Employee (1) all salary, bonuses, commissions and variable compensation owed to the Employee through the Separation Date (subject to applicable tax withholding), (2) all accrued but unused vacation and floating days of Employee at Employee’s final rate of pay (subject to applicable tax withholding), and (3) all unreimbursed business expenses incurred and submitted by Employee prior to the Separation Date. The Company will reimburse any remaining expenses upon timely submission by Employee according to Company policy.

Payment of Final Wages. Upon the effective date of termination of the Executive’s employment pursuant to sections 4.01 or 4.02, the Company will, in addition to any payments required pursuant to section 4.03(a), pay to the Executive an amount equal to any accrued but unpaid Base Salary and vacation pay up to the date of such termination, and any expenses in excess of any outstanding expense advances made to the Executive for which an expense account has been submitted and remains unpaid, provided that, in the case of a termination due to Permanent Disability, any amounts payable to the Executive hereunder (other than for expenses owing pursuant to submitted but unpaid expense accounts) will be reduced by the amount of any benefits paid to the Executive under the long term disability insurance provisions of the Benefit Plan or the Canada Pension Plan (Canada) prior to the effective date of termination as provided in paragraph 3.10(b).
Payment of Final Wages. On the Resignation Date you will receive all amounts due from the Company for all accrued salary and accrued and unused PTO earned by you through the Resignation Date, less all applicable taxes and withholdings. You are entitled to these payments regardless of whether or not you sign this Agreement.
Payment of Final Wages. You acknowledge that on the Separation Date, you were paid for all wages earned through the last day worked, as well as any other accrued amounts owed under applicable law or Company policy. Such payment was not conditioned on you signing this Agreement.
