Unused Vacation Pay. An employee who retires or is terminated, voluntarily or involuntarily, shall receive any earned but unused vacation pay, including a pro rata share of vacation pay earned in the year in which he retires or is terminated.

All accrued and unused vacation as of December 31, 2019, up to the max carryover of 40 hours, will be paid to you on your last day of employment at the base rate of pay in effect on December 31, 2019, subject to applicable withholding.
