Salary and Vacation Pay. On the Termination Date, the Company will pay you $ (less all applicable withholding taxes and other deductions). This amount represents all of your salary earned through the Termination Date and all of your accrued but unused vacation time or PTO. You acknowledge that, if you did not execute this Agreement, you would not be entitled to receive any additional money from the Company. The only payments and benefits that you are entitled to receive from the Company in the future are those specified in this Agreement.
Salary and Vacation Pay. Within 10 calendar days after the Separation Date, or such earlier date as required by law, the Company will issue to Executive his final paycheck, reflecting (i) his unpaid base salary through December 31, 2015, and (ii) his accrued but unused vacation pay through the Separation Date.

You acknowledge that, prior to the execution of this Agreement, you were not entitled to receive any additional money from the Company and that the only payments and benefits that you are entitled to receive from the Company in the future are those specified in this Agreement.
Salary and Vacation Pay. The Company has paid Wall his base salary and for any earned and accrued vacation pay, less all applicable payroll withholding, through November 15, 1996. Such amounts fully compensate Wall for all his earned and accrued vacation pay.

In addition, at the time of the payment under Section 4(a), Executive shall be entitled to an additional lump sum cash payment equal to the sum of (A) Executive’s earned but unpaid salary through the date of Separation from Service, and (B) an amount, if any, of accrued vacation pay, in each case, in full satisfaction of Executive’s rights thereto. In addition, Executive shall be entitled to payment of annual bonus plan and long term incentive plan amounts, if any, due but not yet paid as of the Separation from Service with respect to years or cycles that were completed before the Separation from Service.
Salary and Vacation Pay. The Company shall pay Employee any amount due to Employee for his salary up to and including the Separation Date at his regular salary rate. In addition, the Company shall pay Employee his accrued but unused vacation time, if any, through the Separation Date. The Company shall pay Employee these salary and vacation pay payments within three (3) days of the Effective Date (as defined herein) and otherwise in accordance with the Company’s standard payroll procedures.
