Last Day Worked. Executive understands and agrees that the last day of directorship and employment with Company shall be on the Resignation Date, which date shall be considered the Resignation Date and the “qualifying event” as that term is defined in the COBRA.   • Holiday Coinciding with a Day of Vacation Where an employee is on vacation leave and a day of paid holiday falls within that period, the paid holiday shall not count as a day of vacation.

  • Pay Days The Employer shall pay salaries/wages bi-weekly, or as dictated by past practice, in accordance with Appendix "A" attached hereto and forming part of this Agreement. If an employee is receiving premium pay pursuant to a local scheduling regulation with respect to consecutive weekends worked, the employee will not receive weekend premium under this provision.
