Longevity Payments All employees, who are hired on or after January 1, 1989, shall not be covered by this Article. Full-time employees on the County Payroll as of December 31, 1988, shall be entitled to longevity pay subject to the following provisions:
Longevity Pay Effective July 1, 2008, employees at ten (10) years of County service shall receive a two and one-half percent (2.5%) longevity pay differential.
Longevity Payment 11.4-1 Longevity Payments shall be made on the June 30 Payroll check.
Payment of Charges All amounts chargeable to Borrower under Section 6 hereof shall be Obligations secured by all of the Collateral, shall be payable on demand and shall bear interest from the date such advance was made until paid in full at the rate applicable to Revolving Credit Loans from time to time.
Premium Payments If an employee with at least three years of service in the employ of the Shaker Heights Board of Education should exhaust his/her sick leave within the time specifications of this contract and is granted a leave of absence by the Board, the Board shall continue to pay his/her premiums in accordance with his/her work assignment for the following fringe benefits for a period not to exceed twelve (12) months. The payment of such premiums will cease on the effective date an employee retires, resigns, goes on disability retirement or his/her contract is terminated.
Coverage F – Medical Payments To Others We will pay the necessary medical expenses that are incurred or medically ascertained within three years from the date of an accident causing "bodily injury". Medical expenses means reasonable charges for medical, surgical, x-ray, dental, ambulance, hospital, professional nursing, prosthetic devices and funeral services. This coverage does not apply to you or regular residents of your household except "residence employees". As to others, this coverage applies only:
Advance Payments Payments made by the Borrower to satisfy future installments must be accounted for as prepaid installments of principal and interest. The Servicer should contact the Borrower if there is a question about the Borrower's intention in making any unscheduled payment.
Payment of GST If GST is payable on any supply made by a party (or any entity through which that Party acts) (Supplier) under or in connection with this Agreement, the recipient will pay to the Supplier an amount equal to the GST payable on the supply.
Reimbursement Payments The Department shall, to the extent funds are available, reimburse the Grantee for eligible claims presented for payment if the Department determines the requirements for reimbursement have been met. Claims under this Contract can only be made for the period this Contract is in effect. Reimbursement programs include the following:
