Payment of Other Amounts. Unless otherwise expressly provided for herein, any payments due hereunder or in respect of an Aircraft in addition to those referred to in Subclauses 6.2.2 and 6.3 above will be paid by the Buyer concurrently with the delivery of the corresponding Aircraft or, if invoiced after delivery of such Aircraft, within one (1) month after the invoice date.
Payment of Other Amounts. With respect to any Indexed Note which may include the payment of other amounts, the relevant Pricing Supplement shall provide for determination of, and timing and method of payment for, such other amounts.
Payment of Other Amounts. 6.4.1 Unless otherwise expressly provided for herein, any payments due hereunder or in respect of an Aircraft in addition to those referred to in Subclauses 6.2 and 6.3 above will be paid by Northwest concurrently with the delivery of the corresponding Aircraft or, if invoiced after delivery of such Aircraft, within *** after the invoice date. AVSA and Northwest agree that with respect to payments to be made under this Subclause 6.4.1, and for the purposes of Clause 21, Northwest will not be deemed to be in default unless such payment is not made within *** after invoice date.
6.4.2 Notwithstanding any other rights AVSA may have at contract or at law, Northwest and AVSA hereby agree that should any amount under this Agreement become due and payable by Northwest, and not be paid in full in immediately available funds on the date due (unless contested by Northwest in good faith), then AVSA will have the right to debit and apply, in whole or in part, the unused amount of any credit made available by AVSA to Northwest against such unpaid amount. AVSA will promptly notify Northwest in writing after such debiting and application.
Payment of Other Amounts. If the Loan is to be prepaid by the Borrower pursuant to any of the provisions of Clause 5.2, 5.3 or 5.4, the Borrower shall, simultaneously with such prepayment, pay to the Lender accrued interest thereon to the date of actual payment and all other sums payable by the Borrower pursuant to this Agreement in relation to the prepaid amount. For the avoidance of doubt, if the principal amount of the Loan is reduced pursuant to the provisions of Clause 5.5, then no interest shall accrue or be payable during the Interest Period in which such reduction takes place in respect of the amount by which the Loan is so reduced and the Lender shall not be entitled to any interest in respect of the cancelled Notes.
Payment of Other Amounts. The Client agrees to pay to GPP Markets:
(a) commissions, brokerages, fees, taxes (both direct and indirect, other than tax on our income) and charges in connection with Contracts at such rates as we determine from time to time and notify to you in writing from time to time; and
(b) all amounts incurred by GPP Markets as a result of the Client’s default under the terms of this Agreement (including without limiting the generality of the foregoing all legal costs and expenses on a solicitor/client basis).
Payment of Other Amounts. The Corporation shall fail to pay any amount under this Indenture (other than an amount described in Section 7.1(1)) when the same shall become due and payable, and such failure shall have continued for a period of sixty (60) days after a Debentureholders’ Request or after written notice from the Trustee requiring such default to be remedied has been given to the Corporation.

6.4.2 Notwithstanding any other rights the Seller may have at contract or at law, the Buyer and the Seller hereby agree that should any amount (whether under the Agreement or under any other agreement and whether at the stated maturity of such amount, by acceleration or otherwise) become due and payable by the Buyer or its Affiliates, and not be paid in full in immediately available funds on the date due, then the Seller shall have the right to debit and apply, in whole or in part, the unused amount of any credit made available by the Seller to the Buyer against such unpaid amount. The Seller shall promptly notify the Buyer in writing before such debiting and application.

(a) pay to the Lessor or, where another payee is indicated in the Schedule, to the indicated payee, each amount set out in the Schedule which is to be paid or provided by you prior to delivery of the goods;
(b) pay to the relevant person immediately it becomes due and payable each amount required by this agreement to be paid by you during the term of the agreement (for example, the cost of insurance under clause 11 and the cost of registration, repair and maintenance of the goods under clause 12);
(c) indemnify the Lessor (except to the extent prohibited by law) against, and pay to the Lessor immediately on demand the amount of, any stamp duty, GST and other government charges in addition to the amounts set out in the Schedule which become payable during the term of the lease under, or in connection with, this lease or the leasing or use of the goods or any payment under this lease. Where the supply of any thing by the Lessor to you under this lease or in connection with the goods is subject to GST, the amount you are required to pay to the Lessor in respect of that supply shall be increased by the amount of the GST;
(d) indemnify the Lessor against, and pay to the Lessor immediately on demand the amount of any costs, losses, expenses or liabilities including any GST payable except to the extent that the Lessor is entitled to an input tax credit;
(i) which the Lessor incurs acting reasonably or reasonably sees fit to pay in order to rectify, or as a result of, any breach by you of any obligation under this lease;
(ii) which the Lessor incurs acting reasonably following a voluntary early termination of this lease under clause 15, including without limitation, all reasonable costs of and associated with disposing of the goods pursuant to clause 20;
(iii) which the Lessor otherwise incurs acting reasonably in enforcing this lease or protecting its rights in the goods or under this lease (including, without limitation, any legal costs on a solicitor-own client basis, any costs incurred in registering its security interest in the goods renewing any insurance, releasing any lien claimed, justifiably or not, over the goods and in taking or attempting to take possession of the goods, storing the goods or serving any notice or demand); and
(iv) which the Lessor incurs acting reasonably due to any claim of any kind being made against the Lessor relating to the goods or their use including all claims arising out of injury or damage to person or prop...
