Payment of Partner Compensation. Affiliates of the General Partner shall be paid by the Partnership at such times as are customary for the service being provided.
Payment of Partner Compensation. COMPANY shall pay all Partner Compensation to Partners through IMPACT, and IMPACT shall make payment to Partners in accordance with the terms of the Partner Contracts. COMPANY shall be solely responsible for all Partner Compensation amounts and may not use IMPACT Technology to accrue unpaid debts with Partners. COMPANY acknowledges and agrees that IMPACT shall have no obligation to process or pay any Partner Compensation unless and until COMPANY makes full payment to IMPACT of all amounts then-due (including all Fees and Partner Compensation) and all such amounts have cleared. IMPACT is not obligated to advance any funds to Partners. At any time during the Agreement, COMPANY may request via email to xxxxxxx@xxxxxx.xxx that amounts overpaid (net of all amounts then-due for Fees and Partner Compensation) be refunded to COMPANY. COMPANY is liable for all costs and fees associated with collection efforts, including those of collections agencies and/or attorneys in addition to the amounts due. Where COMPANY requests that Partner Compensation is to be paid out in any currency other than in a currency set by COMPANY on the Services, such funds are subject to processing and COMPANY shall be solely responsible for any associated costs and charges. COMPANY also shall bear such costs and charges if payment is received in a currency not set on the Services as the Partner Contract currency. The Partner shall bear such costs and charges if the Partner requests to receive payment in a currency other than that set on the Services as the Partner Contract currency.
Payment of Partner Compensation. All Partner Compensation must be paid to Partners through IMPACT. IMPACT does not advance funds and COMPANY is solely responsible for Partner Compensation amounts. COMPANY may not use IMPACT Technology to accrue debts with Partners that COMPANY does not act in good faith and, in a timely manner, to process through IMPACT. IMPACT shall have no obligation to process Partner Compensation unless and until full payment by COMPANY of all amounts then-due (Fees and Partner Compensation) have cleared. COMPANY agrees that Partners may authorize IMPACT to recover funds from COMPANY, which may include, but not be limited to, through a collections agency. Where COMPANY requests that Partner Compensation is to be paid out in currencies other than in a currency set by COMPANY on the Services, such funds are subject to processing (including associated costs and charges) via foreign exchange. COMPANY also shall bear such costs and charges if payment is received in a currency not set on the Services as the Partner Contract currency. The Partner shall bear such costs and charges if the Partner requests to receive payment in a currency other than that set on the Services as the Partner Contract currency.

Related to Payment of Partner Compensation

  • Basic Compensation (a) SALARY. Executive will be paid an annual base salary of $115,000.00, subject to adjustment as provided below (the "Salary"), which will be payable in equal periodic installments according to Employer's customary payroll practices, but no less frequently than monthly. The Salary will be reviewed by the Board of Directors not less frequently than annually, and shall be increased on each anniversary of the Effective Date during the term hereof by an amount equal to not less than ten percent (10%) of the prior year's base salary.

  • Compensation Benefits In accordance with Section 142 of the State Finance Law, this contract shall be void and of no force and effect unless the Contractor shall provide and maintain coverage during the life of this contract for the benefit of such employees as are required to be covered by the provisions of the Workers' Compensation Law.

  • Payment of Compensation Consultant shall submit to City a monthly itemized statement which indicates work completed and hours of Services rendered by Consultant. The statement shall describe the amount of Services and supplies provided since the initial commencement date, or since the start of the subsequent billing periods, as appropriate, through the date of the statement. City shall, within 30 days of receiving such statement, review the statement and pay all approved charges thereon.

  • Termination Compensation Termination Compensation equal to two (2) times the Executive's Base Period Income shall be paid to the Executive in a single sum payment in cash on the thirtieth (30th) business day after the later of (a) the Control Change Date and (b) the date of the Executive's employment termination; provided that if at the time of the Executive's termination of employment the Executive is a Specified Employee, then payment of the Termination Compensation to the Executive shall be made on the first day of the seventh (7th) month following the Executive's employment termination.

  • Bonus Compensation The Executive shall not receive any bonus payment whatsoever pursuant to Section 3.02 or the Bonus Plan except such bonus which is already earned and due to be paid up to and including the Termination Date, notwithstanding any period following the Termination Date during which the Executive may receive any payments or benefits under the terms of the Agreement.
