PAYMENT OF REMUNERATION. (a) Remuneration shall be paid weekly no later than Thursday of the following week. (b) Payment shall be by direct deposit/electronic funds transfer to a bank account nominated by the employee. (c) When the employee's services are terminated, the employer shall pay any wages due as soon as practicable, and in any case within 48 hours after termination, except when a holiday or weekend intervenes.
