Payment of the Management Fee. To facilitate the payment of the Management Fee, Medical Practice expressly authorizes Practice Manager to draw its Management Fee from the Medical Practice Account on the fifth business day of each calendar month (or on the date of expiration or termination of this Agreement if not on the first business day of a calendar month) following the payment of all Practice and Practice Manager’s expenses. The payment of the Management Fee shall commence during the second calendar month of the Term and continue monthly thereafter, and shall be based upon the Gross Collections during the immediately preceding calendar month. Practice Manager shall have the right to obtain loans for any business purpose the Practice Manager deems reasonable either on behalf of Medical Practice or for Practice Manager and to use any or all tangible and intangible assets of the Medical Practice as collateral for these loans from financial institutions whether or not such loans are obtained in the name of Practice Manager or Medical Practice.

Payment of the Management Fee. On the first of each month commencing on the second full month of the Term, Owner shall pay Operator $25,000 of the Base Management Fee, which shall constitute installment payments of the Base Management Fee, subject to reconciliation at the end of the fiscal year based on the Annual Statement, prepared in accordance with Section 6.03 hereof, to determine the 4% of annual Gross Sales. Any overpayment or underpayment shall be reconciled by payment or refund, as appropriate, within thirty (30) days after Owner's receipt of the Annual Statement.
Payment of the Management Fee. 3.1 mBalance shall pay to MVO the Management Fee within 30 days after receipt of the invoice.
3.2 MVO shall at all times maintain at its offices complete records to substantiate all expenses attributable to its performance of services hereunder.

Payment of the Management Fee. 10.1 The Intermediary acknowledges that the Platform Provider will pay CPIM’s Management Fee direct to CPIM on a monthly basis.
10.2 The Intermediary is responsible for disclosing the Management Fee to the Investor prior to the Investor’s investment in the Model Portfolio and for ensuring that the Intermediary complies with the FCA Rules, in particular COBS 2 and the FCA’s Treating Customers Fairly requirements.
Payment of the Management Fee. (a) As of September __, 2001, Chemtrusion distributed to BPI the right to receive the Distributed Amount (as defined below). BPI shall hold all right, title and interest in the Distributed Amount from and after the date hereof. For purposes of this Agreement, the Distributed Amount shall mean for each calendar year prior to January 1, 2007, such amount of the "Management Fee," as defined in the "Definitive Agreement" (as hereinafter defined) as equals the following amount:
(i) for the calendar year 2001, 50% of the Management Fee up to $150,000 plus the Supplemental Amount; and
(ii) for each subsequent calendar year through and including December 31, 2006 only, 50% of the Management Fee up to an amount equal to: the sum of (a) $400,000.00, plus (b) the Supplemental Amount (as defined below), if any (the sum of $150,000 plus the Supplemental Amount for the year 2001 and the sum of $400,000 plus the Supplemental Amount for each year thereafter is referred to as the "Maximum Annual Amount").
Payment of the Management Fee. The City shall pay the Management Fee in the following manner and order of priority out of the distribution of Net Profits otherwise payable to the City as described in Section 4.7A:
(i) An amount equal to one-twelfth (1/12th) of Annual Fixed Fee (each such installment being a “Monthly Fixed Fee Payment”); and
(ii) The Variable Fee.
Payment of the Management Fee and the Consultancy Fee
9.2.1 The General Partner shall be paid out of the Partnership Assets the Management Fee quarterly in arrear, on each Quarter Date of each Accounting Period; provided that the General Partner shall have the right, in its sole discretion and upon notice to the Partnership, to defer (without interest) the payment of any outstanding portion of Management Fee.
9.2.2 The Business Innovation Consultant shall be paid out of the Partnership Assets the Consultancy Fee in accordance with the following provisions:
(a) with respect to Clause 9.1.2(a), the fee shall be paid on the first anniversary of the First Closing Date;
(b) with respect to Clause 9.1.2(b), the fee shall be paid annually in arrear, on each Accounting Date; and
(c) with respect to Clause 9.1.2(c), the fee shall be paid on the realisation of the Investment.
9.2.3 If at any time during or after a relevant Accounting Period, payments of Management Fee and/or the relevant Consultancy Fee provided in Clause 9.1.2(b) that are made in respect of that relevant Accounting Period are less than or more than the amount that the General Partner and/or the Business Innovation Consultant is entitled to receive as Management Fee and/or Consultancy Fee (as the case may be) pursuant to this Agreement, then the General Partner and/or the Business Innovation Consultant (as the case may be) shall be paid additional amounts to make good the shortfall or shall promptly repay the excess to the Partnership, as the case may be.
Payment of the Management Fee. In addition to the payment of the Cost of the Construction Work and related services, as set forth herein, City shall pay Design-Builder its Management Fee monthly during performance of Construction Work, based upon the percentage of Construction Work completed in accordance with the Contract. Design-Builder shall submit pay applications to City, at minimum, monthly during the performance of Construction Work. From each scheduled Management Fee payment, City shall withhold retainage in the amount of five percent (5%).
