Management Fee Payment definition

Management Fee Payment has the meaning set forth in Section 6(d) hereof.
Management Fee Payment means any management fees or other payments payable by the Co-Borrowers or JAC Holdings pursuant to the terms of (i) the Santomero Management Agreement, (ii) the Cirar Consulting Agreement, (iii) the Xxxxxxx Management Agreements, (iv) the Caravelle Deferred Financing Fee Agreement, or (v) the Holding Management Agreement.
Management Fee Payment has the meaning assigned in Section 8(a)(ii).

  • Subject to Section 7.2(f) hereof, the Company shall pay to the Manager, on the Management Fee Payment Date with respect to any Calculation Date, the Adjusted Management Fee as of such Calculation Date.

Related to Management Fee Payment

  • Management Fees means, with respect to each Project for any period, an amount equal to the greater of (i) actual management fees payable with respect thereto and (ii) three percent (3%) per annum on the aggregate base rent and percentage rent due and payable under leases at such Project.

The adjusted Risk Management Fee is valid during the period of the respective Adjustment Date (excluding) to the immediately following Adjustment Date (including). The Calculation Agent shall after its specification notify the valid Risk Management Fee in each case pursuant to § 6 of the General Conditions.

  • Deferred Sales Charge Payment Date means October 10, 2013 and the tenth day of each month thereafter through February 10, 2014.

  • Commitment Fee has the meaning specified in Section 2.09(a).

  • Servicing Fee Percentage With respect to each Mortgage Loan, the percentage specified on the Servicer Mortgage Loan Schedule.

  • Management Fee Subordination Agreement means that certain Amended and Restated Management Fee Subordination Agreement, dated as of the Closing Date, by and between the Sponsor and Agent and acknowledged by the Borrower.
