Payment of Utility Bills. Tenant will pay directly to the appropriate utility company or governmental agency, when due, all bills for gas, water, sanitary sewer, electricity, telephone and other public or private utilities used by Tenant with regard to the Improvements. Landlord shall pay when due all utility charges incurred in the operation of the Common Areas.
Payment of Utility Bills. Customers are billed monthly for utility services. Customers will be allowed to pay their utility xxxx in partial paym�nts each month up_to the cut-off date. While partial payments will be accepted, the entire xxxx must be paid in full by the due date to avoid late fees; the entire xxxx must be paid in full by the cut-off date to avoid collection and non-payment processing fees and to avoid disconnection of services. Furthermore, if the utility xxxx is not paid by the cut-off date, the account is subject to the City's usual cut-off policy (see section Disconnection of Utility Services and Non-Pay ent Processing Fees).

Payment of Utility Bills. Tenant shall pay directly to the appropriate utility company or governmental agency, when due, all bills for metered and non-metered utility use charges, commencing on the Lease Term Commencement Date. Landlord shall be responsible for all utility design fees, assessments, general facilities charges, meter fees, amperage fees, mitigation fees and connection charges required by utility jurisdictions necessary to install the following utilities: PUD electrical; Puget Sound Energy natural gas, City of Monroe water district for domestic water service, City of Monroe sewer district for sanitary sewer service.

  • Payment of Monthly Bills 10.3.1 SECI shall pay the amount payable under the Monthly Bill/Supplementary Bill by the Due Date to such account of the SPD, as shall have been previously notified by the SPD as below. 10.3.2 All payments required to be made under this Agreement shall also include any deduction or set off for: i) deductions required by the Law; and ii) amount claimed by SECI, if any, from the SPD, will be adjusted from the monthly energy payment. In case of any excess payment adjustment, the interest applicable will be same as rate of Late Payment surcharge will be applicable on day to day basis. The SPD shall open a bank account (the “SPD’s Designated Account") for all Tariff Payments (including Supplementary Bills) to be made by SECI to the SPD, and notify SECI of the details of such account at least ninety (90) Days before the dispatch of the first Monthly Bill. SECI shall also designate a bank account at New Delhi ("SECI Designated Account") for payments to be made by the SPD to SECI, if any, and notify the SPD of the details of such account ninety (90) Days before the SCSD. SECI and the SPD shall instruct their respective bankers to make all payments under this Agreement to the SPD’s Designated Account or SECI’s Designated Account, as the case may be, and shall notify either Party of such instructions on the same day.

  • Availability of Utilities All utility services necessary for the construction of the Improvements will be available prior to the commencement of construction, and all utility services necessary for the proper operation of the Improvements for their intended purposes are available at the Leased Premises or will be available at the Leased Premises prior to the Final Disbursement Date, at commercially comparable utility rates and hook-up charges for the vicinity, including water supply, storm and sanitary sewer facilities, gas, electricity and telephone facilities. Lessee shall furnish evidence of such availability of utilities from time to time at Lessor's request.

  • Payment of Reinsurance Premiums For automatic and facultative reinsurance, following the close of each calendar month, the Ceding Company will send the Reinsurer a statement and a listing of new business, changes and terminations. If a net reinsurance premium balance is payable to the Reinsurer, the Ceding Company will forward this balance within (60) sixty days after the close of each month. If a net reinsurance premium balance is payable to the Ceding Company, the balance due will be subtracted from the reinsurance premium payable by Ceding Company for the current month. The Reinsurer shall pay any remaining balance due the Ceding Company sixty days after the Ceding Company submits the statement.

  • Monthly Billing Statements The Engineer shall request reimbursement of costs incurred by submitting the original and one copy of an itemized billing statement in a form acceptable to the State. The Engineer is authorized to submit requests for reimbursement no more frequently than monthly and no later than ninety (90) days after costs are incurred.

  • Report on Assessment of Compliance and Attestation (a) On or before March 1 of each calendar year, commencing in 2007, the Servicer shall: (i) deliver to the Owner and any Depositor a report (in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to the Owner and such Depositor) regarding the Servicer’s assessment of compliance with the Servicing Criteria during the immediately preceding calendar year, as required under Rules 13a-18 and 15d-18 of the Exchange Act and Item 1122 of Regulation AB. Such report shall be addressed to the Owner and such Depositor and signed by an authorized officer of the Servicer, and shall address each of the Servicing Criteria specified on a certification substantially in the form of Exhibit 7 hereto delivered to the Owner concurrently with the execution of this Agreement; (ii) deliver to the Owner and any Depositor a report of a registered public accounting firm reasonably acceptable to the Owner and such Depositor that attests to, and reports on, the assessment of compliance made by the Servicer and delivered pursuant to the preceding paragraph. Such attestation shall be in accordance with Rules 1-02(a)(3) and 2-02(g) of Regulation S-X under the Securities Act and the Exchange Act; (iii) cause each Subservicer, and each Subcontractor determined by the Company pursuant to Section 12.06(b) to be “participating in the servicing function” within the meaning of Item 1122 of Regulation AB, to deliver to the Owner and any Depositor an assessment of compliance and accountants’ attestation as and when provided in paragraphs (a) and (b) of this Section; and (iv) if requested by the Owner or any Depositor not later than February 1 of the calendar year in which such certification is to be delivered, deliver to the Owner, any Depositor and any other Person that will be responsible for signing the certification (a “Sarbanes Certification”) required by Rules 13a-14(d) and 15d-14(d) under the Exchange Act (pursuant to Section 302 of the Xxxxxxxx-Xxxxx Act of 2002) on behalf of an asset-backed issuer with respect to a Securitization Transaction a certification in the form attached hereto as Exhibit 6. The Servicer acknowledges that the parties identified in clause (a)(iv) above may rely on the certification provided by the Servicer pursuant to such clause in signing a Sarbanes Certification and filing such with the Commission. Neither the Owner nor any Depositor will request delivery of a certification under clause (a)(iv) above, unless a Depositor is required under the Exchange Act to file an annual report on Form 10-K with respect to an issuing entity whose asset pool includes Mortgage Loans. (b) Each assessment of compliance provided by a Subservicer pursuant to Section 12.05(a)(i) shall address each of the Servicing Criteria specified on a certification substantially in the form of Exhibit 7 hereto delivered to the Owner concurrently with the execution of this Agreement or, in the case of a Subservicer subsequently appointed as such, on or prior to the date of such appointment. An assessment of compliance provided by a Subcontractor pursuant to Section 12.05(a)(iii) need not address any elements of the Servicing Criteria other than those specified by the Servicer pursuant to Section 12.06.
