PAYMENT TO PRODUCER. Facilitator shall pay or cause to be paid to Producer amounts calculated in accordance with Attachment F within 45 days of the end of each billing period during which Electricity and Other Products Related to Electric Generation were provided by Producer. Facilitator shall have no authority whatsoever to make payments to producer for Electricity or Other Products Related to Electric Generation that are not Delivered. As a matter of administrative convenience, Facilitator may wait to send payments to Producer until the total amount due to Producer, net of any set offs, exceeds $100.00.

PAYMENT TO PRODUCER. The Cooperative shall market, process and utilize the cattle and products from the cattle in a manner it deems to be in the best interest of the Cooperative and all of the producers. The Cooperative agrees to pay the Producer according to a Pricing Schedule determined by the Board of Directors which shall include the following methods:
PAYMENT TO PRODUCER. USPB shall market, process and utilize the cattle and products from the cattle in a manner it deems to be in the best interest of USPB and all of the Class A Members marketing and delivering cattle to or through USPB. USPB agrees to pay the Producer according to a Pricing Schedule determined by the Board of Directors. That Pricing Schedule will reflect cattle payments for delivery and transfer of cattle to or through USPB for processing that include a market based purchase price plus consumer, market and processor based quality incentives as determined by the Board. To the extent possible and as determined by the Board of Directors, USPB will base payments on a quality grid policy guide for cattle delivered to or through USPB.
PAYMENT TO PRODUCER. All gross receipts from the engagement will be first applied to pay Producer as required hereunder in the event that a noncertified check is tendered by “Promoter”, such a check will be received and deposited for clearance purposes only. If the check is not paid on presentation, the Agreement even if signed by all parties, shall at the Producer election, be of no force and effect. The balance of Compensation payable to “PRODUCER/TDEC LLC” by “Promoter” shall be paid in a Bank Check in United States Dollars.
PAYMENT TO PRODUCER. (two options presented) (Gross margin operation) Association shall market Producer's (product) and Producer shall accept as payment for Producer's (product) a price based on the current market price in the area for (product) of like grade and quality. Association shall pay the amount due Producer, less deductions authorized in Section 6 of this agreement, not more than days after delivery of (product) to Association or Association's prescribed buying location. (Pooling operation) The Association may at any time pool any or all (product) of Producer with any other (product) of a similar kind and grade. Producer shall receive, for (product) pooled, a unit price equal to the average net unit price obtained for the pooled (product), less deductions authorized in Section 6 of this agreement. Association shall make an advance payment to Producer of percent of the current market price in the area for (product) of like grade and quality not more than days after delivery of (product) to Association or Association's prescribed buying location.
PAYMENT TO PRODUCER. 8.1 For and in consideration of the grant, assignment and conveyance of Producer's processing rights, Processor agrees to pay to Producer monthly a portion of the net proceeds received, as hereinafter defined, for Plant Products extracted, saved and sold from Producer's gas. The amount of such payment shall be percent (-0- %) of the sum determined by aggregating the results obtained by multiplying the volume of each Component Plant Product attributable to Producer's Processed Volume by the weighted average monthly sales price for each such Component Plant Product. After the Processor's share of the liquid revenue totals one hundred percent (100%) of plant capital cost, the percentage above shall be changed to (50%).
PAYMENT TO PRODUCER. Alliance shall pay Producer, subject to Producer's compliance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement, a monthly payment determined by using the following payment calculation: Monthly Payment = $31.50 x Pig Spaces Such payment shall be paid to Producer approximately 14 days after the start of each month. Producer and Alliance acknowledge and agree that for the Term (as defined herein), Producer shall look solely to Alliance for any and all payments due hereunder; provided, however, the parties hereto agree that any partial calendar month of the Term shall be prorated according to the actual number of days said pig spaces are available for use by Alliance. This Agreement is for 5,640 pig spaces.

PAYMENT TO PRODUCER. Alliance shall pay Producer, subject to Producer's compliance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement, a monthly payment determined by using the following payment calculation: Monthly Payment = $32.55 x Pig Spaces Such payments shall be paid to Producer on or before the 14th day of each month. Failure to provide timely payment shall result in a late fee equivalent to the accrual of interest on the monthly payment due at the rate of 1.5% per month until paid, to be assessed to the amount due and payable by Alliance. Producer and Alliance acknowledge and agree that for the Term (as defined herein), Producer shall look solely to Alliance for any and all payments due hereunder; provided, however, the parties hereto agree that any partial calendar month of the Term shall be prorated according to the actual number of days said pig spaces are available for use by Alliance. This Agreement is for four (4) units of Nine Hundred (900) pig spaces each.
PAYMENT TO PRODUCER. BED shall pay or cause to be paid to Producer amounts calculated in accordance with Attachment C within 30 days of the end of each billing period during which Electricity was provided by Producer to BED. Any amounts due in excess thereof that remain unpaid after the due date therefore shall accrue interest in favor of Producer at the rate of one percent (1%) per month.
PAYMENT TO PRODUCER. Company will pay to Producer compensation due within thirty (30) days following the end of each calendar month based on payments actually received by Company from CMS. However, Company reserves the right to accumulate compensation until compensation due equal at least twenty-five dollars. Producer agrees that to the extent of any indebtedness of Producer to Company, Company may at any time offset any compensation, fees or bonuses accrued or to accrue to Producer against any debt or debts due Company from Producer.
