Payments for Hosting, Management and Maintenance Services. Should You wish to hire us to host, manage and maintain your website, You will be billed monthly, quarterly, semi-annually or annually. If You choose to be billed monthly or quarterly, then We will require a credit card on file for automatic billing. If You choose to be billed semi-annually or annually then we will invoice you accordingly. Any payments overdue by 10 days will be considered late, and will incur a 10% late fee. We reserve the right to suspend Hosting, Management and Maintenance services for any accounts that are late. If Your account is more than 30 days overdue, we reserve the right to terminate your Hosting, Management and Maintenance services.
