Routine Maintenance Services definition

Routine Maintenance Services means the work specifically identified as Routine Maintenance Services in Article 5 of Schedule A, provided that Routine Maintenance Services excludes work for which Xxxxxxxx is obligated to reimburse WinStar for all or a portion of the Costs incurred pursuant to other provisions of this Agreement.
Routine Maintenance Services means those routine electrical maintenance services described as such in Schedule 1 ("Specifications") and Schedule 2 ("Local Area Specifications") which will be provided with respect to the Inventory and all work except Additional Services;

Examples of Routine Maintenance Services in a sentence

  • Any such request shall be made at least sixty (60) days before the Routine Maintenance Services are desired.

More Definitions of Routine Maintenance Services

Routine Maintenance Services means routine preventative annual or bi annual maintenance as set out in the quotation or Order Acknowledgement and in accordance with the recommended maintenance by the manufacturer of the Equipment;
Routine Maintenance Services has the meaning set out in clause 2.2 of these Conditions. ‘Schedule of Cover’ – means the Company’s service agreement schedule of cover as signed by the Customer. ‘Schedule of Equipment’ – means the schedule of equipment attached to the Schedule of Cover. ‘Scheduled Maintenance Services’ – means the Routine Maintenance Services, Corrective Maintenance Services, Additional Services of the Equipment and any other services set out in the Schedule of Cover to be provided by the Company to the Customer in accordance with the Agreement and these Conditions.
Routine Maintenance Services means those routine maintenance services described as such in the Specifications, that consist generally of the maintenance and repair of the Highways to a condition that is safe for Highway users, and that are:
Routine Maintenance Services means the services set out in Option Two arrangements.
Routine Maintenance Services means those services described as such in Section 2.11.

Related to Routine Maintenance Services

  • Maintenance Services means SAP’s then-current maintenance and/or support services offered under and described in detail in the applicable SAP PartnerEdge Model.

  • Support and Maintenance Services means the support and maintenance services described in Section 1 of these Support Terms.

  • Routine maintenance means actions performed on a regular or controllable basis or in response to uncontrollable events upon a highway, road, street, or bridge. Routine maintenance includes, but is not limited to, 1 or more of the following:

  • Software Maintenance means the process of modifying software after delivery to correct faults, improve performance or other attributes, or adapt to a changed environment. (Reference ISO/IEC 14764:2006, as amended or superseded.) Software maintenance does not include any customization or configuration.

  • Retail Service and Maintenance Sector Means the service and maintenance of retail facilities which includes financial institutions, retail businesses, schools and hospitals but does not include commercial premises as defined.

  • Maintenance and Support Services means the services provided by Contractor under Appendix F.

  • Planned Maintenance means any Maintenance BT has planned to do in advance.

  • Support Services means support in relation to the use of, and the identification and resolution of errors in, the Hosted Services, but shall not include the provision of training services;

  • Design Services means architect services, engineer services or landscape architect services.

  • Standard Services means the standard Services referred to in Schedule 1 (Services) of this Framework Agreement;

  • Basic Services means the services set forth in Exhibit A. The Consultant must perform the Basic Services to the Director’s satisfaction.

  • Hosting Services means the provision, administration, and maintenance of servers and related equipment, the provision of bandwidth at the hosting facility, and the operation of the Application for access by Customer Users to be provided by the relevant hosting service provider.

  • Industrial maintenance coating means a high performance architectural coating, including primers, sealers, undercoaters, intermediate coats, and topcoats formulated for application to substrates, including floors, exposed to one or more of the following extreme environmental conditions listed below and labeled “For industrial use only;” “For professional use only;” “Not for residential use;” or “Not intended for residential use.”

  • Computer software maintenance contract means a contract that obligates a seller of computer software to provide a customer with:

  • Installation Services means all those services ancillary to the supply of the Plant and Equipment for the Facilities, to be provided by the Contractor under the Contract; e.g., transportation and provision of marine or other similar insurance, inspection, expediting, site preparation works (including the provision and use of Contractor’s Equipment and the supply of all construction materials required), installation, testing, pre-commissioning, commissioning, operations, maintenance, the provision of operations and maintenance manuals, training, etc.

  • Application Services means the hosted applications and related services as described in Exhibit A.

  • Operations and maintenance means a project delivery method in which the District enters into a single contract for the routine operation, routine repair, and routine maintenance of an infrastructure facility.

  • Passenger Services means, those railway passenger services provided by or on behalf of the Beneficiary pursuant to the permission to use track granted in accordance with the Track Access Agreement;
