Automatic Billing. By subscribing to the Software or electing to utilize a recurring payment plan, Customer authorizes Sage to automatically charge Customer’s credit card or bank account on file on a monthly or annual basis, as set forth in any Order Form that Customer has signed, until Customer terminates this Agreement. Customer is responsible for providing Sage with its most current billing information.

Automatic Billing. If I have elected to be billed by credit card, debit card or ACH transfer, I agree that I will automatically be billed each month for any amounts due under this Agreement. I understand that I am not bound to make pay bills electronically and may elect at any time to make payments by check. If I make payment by check, I authorize Xxxxxxxxx and its agents to collect such amounts electronically.
Automatic Billing. Certain of our Services, including but not limited to our Premier Service, International Bundle, and prepaid billing deposits, feature automatic rebilling. In such circumstances, for your convenience, your credit care will be automatically billed at the end of each terms which will renew your membership for another like term. You may terminate automatic rebilling at any time by contacting our Customer Care Department using the contact information posted on the website at least thirty (30) days before rebilling is to take place that you are terminating the Service. Failure on your part to notify us of your desire not to be re-billed, will result in your account being re-billed and you agree to hold harmless and indemnify us from any an all claims of wrongful billing.
Automatic Billing. If you set up an automatic billing arrangement with a merchant, you are responsible for providing updated Account number or Card expiration date information to the merchant. You also authorize us to provide updated Card or Account information to a merchant at our sole discretion. However, we are not obligated to provide updated Card or Account information to a merchant. If you want to cancel automatic billing you must contact the merchant. Mobile Devices. Smart phones, tablets, and other electronic devices (a “Mobile Device”) can download, store, and/or access Account information. This means the Mobile Device can be used to access credit on the Account under this Agreement. Any transaction conducted using your Mobile Device is covered by this Agreement. Secure your Mobile Device. Anyone who can access your Account or Card using your Mobile Device can make charges to your Account. Applications that enable your Mobile Device to access your Account or Card may have separate terms of use.
Automatic Billing a. If you would like to enjoy the convenience of automatic billing, that will start with siging this ag- reement. Upon approval, we will automatically xxxx your credit card for your financial planning fee with the amount indicated and agreed upon by signing this contract. Your total charges will appear on your credit card statements. You may cancel this automatic billing authorization at any time by contacting us.
Automatic Billing. Licensee will provide a credit card for automatic billing of License Fees for each month throughout the Term of this Agreement. The credit card will be charged every thirty (30) days beginning on the day that the Website goes live. The License Fee and Marketing Spend are recurring and are due even in the absence of an invoice from Licensor. Automatic Billing. Work In Sports will automatically charge your credit card or other account at the start of the standard billing period and at the start of each renewal period, unless you terminate or cancel your subscription within 3 business days before the relevant renewal period begins. The renewal charge will be equal to the current, regular priced four-week rate, unless Work In Sports notifies you in advance at the time of sign up or prior to the beginning of the renewal period as described above. Each time you use the Fee-Based Services you reaffirm your agreement that Work In Sports may charge your credit card (or other form of payment, if applicable). In the event Work In Sports cannot charge your account, we reserve the right to terminate your access to our Fee-Based Services and the Web Site.

  • Monthly Billing The electric service charge shall be computed in accordance with the monthly billing in the applicable standard service tariff. Customers receiving electric service under residential and small nonresidential schedules 1, 2, 3, 15, 23 or 23B shall be financially credited for such net energy with a cumulative kilowatt-hour credit. The credit will be deducted from the customer’s kilowatt-hour usage on the customer’s next monthly xxxx thus offsetting the customer’s next monthly xxxx at the full retail rate of the customer’s rate schedule. Customers receiving electric service under large nonresidential schedules 6, 6A, 6B, 8 or 10 must elect a compensation method to receive cumulative credits for the upcoming annualized billing period from one of the following options (large nonresidential customers must initial desired credit election): an average energy price, a seasonally differentiated energy price, or an average retail rate.

  • Automatic Renewal Each Schedule will renew automatically at the end of the then-current Schedule Term for a Schedule Renewal Term unless terminated in accordance with this Agreement by either You or Company.
