PAYROLL AND DEDUCTIONS. 3.1 The Saint Lucie County School Board agrees to deduct dues, and other fees from union members' payroll checks when authorized to do so by the employee, and remit such to the secretary-treasurer of the union, monthly. A list of each member from whom deductions were made will accompany the monthly remittance which will be sent within ten (10) days following the month the deductions were made. The School Board shall also provide a list of current members, a list of all bargaining unit employees including their names, addresses, work location, phone number, hire date, department, and job title and a list of unit employees that have terminated or transferred from to the unit to the local CWA president monthly.
