Payroll Data Provided to the Union. The Board agrees to provide between January and February of each year, and upon reasonable request from the Union, a list of all employees on the payroll effective January 1 or at the date of request, their hourly rate, annual rate, number of work days, number of hours worked, payroll status, home address, primary telephone number, last four digits of Social Security Number, email address, weekly hours worked, most current dues rate, and dues paying or fair share status. This information shall be provided in a common, commercially-available spreadsheet decided by the Union. This does not replace the seniority list, also supplied at this time.
