---PEG ACCESS CHANNELS MAINTENANCE. The Licensee shall monitor the PEG Access Channels for technical quality and shall ensure that they are maintained, at a minimum, at the standards commensurate with those which apply to the Cable System’s commercial channels. Upon the written request of the Issuing Authority, the Licensee shall make available a copy of its most recent annual performance tests.

Upon the written request of the Issuing Authorityrequest, the Licensee shall make available a copy of its most recent annual performance teststests required by the FCC.
